I will be happy to add additional options as readers suggest LEGITIMATE reasons for dismissal.

At the risk of being redundant (see previous post): Jurisdiction and FTSACFWRCBG.

But in Van Pelt world, just having the clerk stamp it endows it (and him) with enhanced powers. The outcome is irrelevant.

Did he actually file a complaint?

I thought he just filed his lien and a cover sheet.

He filed a document which the court LIBERALLY construed as a complaint, given that it was from a pro se plaintiff.

I'm actually curious as to exactly what will happen, since there is no "suit" here to dismiss. David should probably hope for an order simply closing the docket. The closer one looks at the filings, the more it becomes clear that David is trying to "enforce" an obligation he just made up, and against governmental officials at that.

That isn't a good conclusion for David.

Wesley resorting to Sh*t For Brains acronyms tells me he knows more than he is telling us.

Have fun; now that Wserra has redacted to being rude, there is little more to learn here. At least how I figure it. Thanks for working through a few things though, Quatlosers. It was worth the visit.

Regards,

David Merrill.

David is taking umbrage that you callously allowed the title of the thread to percolate down to your post by default.

David just turned a new page in his "Word-A-Day" calendar, but didn't bother to read the definition.

Fear not. VanPelt will return. As soon as he thinks he has been sufficiently insulted, rediculed, or called to question for his antics at Sooey or in court OR as soon as he has another major new theory or victory to crow about, he will return.

In the mean time, we can speculate as to the specific act of elder abuse he committed which instigated his current fiasco, wonder where he lives now that his mother took out a restraining order against him, and browse the Colorado and Denver records to find what new liens have been laid aginst him.

Or whether he will issue a demand that the local authorities build a bridge he can live under.
