No thanks. It starts out by confusing the word "empirical" for "imperial". Then it misrepresents the origin of the word "sovereign", says the root is "sever". But it isn't, any dictionary will tell you the root is "super". So-- this is a book whose intended audience is people not willing to pick up a dictionary. My reading backlog is way to big for that.
