Brian Valet of http://www.profitbigcash.com just spewed this incoherent response when he was informed that his advertising was violating the Terms of Use of the classified ad site it was on.
under the constitution rule 458 section 421 all americans are able to solicit business anywhere they want. Not that I would even consider cashgifting as a business, or have I tried it even. What the *bleep* is "rule 458 section 421" supposed to mean?

And yes, his business is cash gifting - it's Success Partners Network (http://www.spntoday.com) which is itself an affiliate of http://www.mygoldplan.com. There's gifting garbage all over the sites.

There is probably a Rule 458, Section 421 kicking around somewhere, in some regulation; and I'll bet that this sovrun found it and mined the quote to buttress a completely unrelated point.
