"One man out" -- looking for info

Post by fortinbras »

I have found two court decisions in the last five years involving prison inmates and the filing of bogus liens that mentioned a book or booklet titled "One Man Out: The Redemption Process Formulated for the Incarcerated".

No such book is listed in the Library of Congress catalog, the OCLC or the World Catalog, nor any of the bookselling websites.

If anyone has any info on this book -- date, author, publisher, size (number of pages), provenance, etc. -- please let me know.

It would appear th have been published by an organiosation called "The American's Bulletin". Both court cases I have found:

http://www.paed.uscourts.gov/documents/ ... D0292P.pdf
and a prison bulletin board give it as the source.

It would appear to have been written by Aaron W Coats

The following website

lists the publication below (search under "redemption"), which may be related.

(though personally, I am more concerned by the "Vital ion edible oxygen").

THANK YOU ENORMOUSLY!

And it seems that Aaron W. Coats knows what it's like to be incarcerated:

(look at page 4, under Judge Szambelan)

and this:

...and worse, but he seems to have learned his lesson (so he says):

But he wants $80 for this book and even more money for another (evidently he's churned out three or four):

(bottom of page 10).

If you follow the advice of this 'book', you may get time added to your incarceration. Read the information at the first two links in the second post.

Just sayin'

Are prisons not allowed to label the book as contraband and at least try to keep them away from the people who are mostly falsely imprisoned?

I tried some extensive googling and coudn't find it. Closest thing was The American's Bulletin Redemption Manual, which apparently is a collection of texts, possibly including OMO. But the place that offers it "free to download" wants a credit card "for verification". Nope, not doing that.

Perhaps Demo could find it for you.

There have been several recent cases that held that prisons can prohibit inmates from receiving certain SovCit type materials, including, by name, publications from The America's Bulletin, and other Redemptionist stuff, including materials about UCC liens. The America's Bulletin has, in the last couple of years, gone through some strange twists; there was a drawn-out lawsuit brought by a prison inmate who paid TAB a great deal of money to pull some stunt to get him out of prison and instead they managed to get time added to his sentence - TAB tried to shake off the lawsuit (it hired a real lawyer) but wasn't able to. Then some sort of internal coup at the TAB offices. I am not sure if the publication is still being issued regularly.

There have been tax fraud cases, where the IRS & FBI raided the defendant's home, and the fact that the defendant had in his home various publications such as Cracking The Code and other tax cheat instruction books was used as evidence of his guilty intent and of being part of a large conspiracy for tax fraud, which added onto his sentence. So I don't recommend keeping One Man Out or similar books IF YOU ARE GOING to try some hanky-panky with your taxes.

I know this is very old but Mr. Coats was a friend of mine. Not sure if his dealings in sovereign citizenship benefit him and his sentence. I sure would like to know. He is on the streets now and hopefully he will find my post! Hey brother! It's Big Ben Ornellas. Thank you for taking a youngster in and showing him how to live. This was the year 1999 I believe at Clallam Bay. Shoot, you might even be alive anymore....😐

The sort of nonsense that Coats espouses - or, at least, used to espouse - has never benefited anyone with anything. The opposite, in fact, as posts on this board have shown time and again.
