Yet another Williams lawsuit seems destined for the sua sponte dustbin:

In Williams v. Duval County Recorder's Office,0:15-cv-60205 , United States District Court for Southern District of Florida, Williams and his merry band of lunatics, including a "common law grand jury" file suit trying to gain many things including absurd amounts of monetary damages, plus public apologies, for the Duval County Recorder's Office not accepting what was likely a gibberish document. This case was filed in February of 2015.

I guess Williams' presence and his citing to outdated laws from the 1800s didn't work this time.

Unsurprisingly, there has been a recommendation issued to dismiss the matter with prejudice.

I couldn't find a google scholar link, so you'll have to take my word for it. It doesn't appear that the Judge has dismissed it yet, but Williams, desiring to "head them off at the pass" has filed a "Notice of Fraud and Obstruction of Justice" which, like his other pleadings, is a collection of random quotes and citations, none of which make his case any the more meritorious. The other shoe should drop "forthwith."

While searching for this, also stumbled across another action, Williams v. State of Hawaii, in which he sued the State of Hawaii, in Florida District Court, for not recognizing him as a "private attorney general" among other things, which seem to be a really long list (oh the injustice! :sarcasmon: ).

He attaches a very interesting document purporting to bear the seal of the US House of Representatives, then purporting to contain text making it an act of the Tennessee state government, which he maintains is his official oath of office for being a "private attorney general." It purports in its text to be from Nancy Pelosi ( ) but is written in Williams' inimitable gibberish and quote mining style. This document alone is highly suspect, for obvious reasons, and I would link to it, but I don't know how.

So, this means an unbroken chain of sua sponte dismissals, most of them recent and in Florida. One wonders how long the local Florida District Courts can put up with this nonsense before there are some consequences. And so the slow motion train wreck continues...

Apparently much more recently (apparently July 13, 2015), Williams was (1) charged with driving without a license and (2) when he showed up in court arrested for contempt for not removing his snap cap. He claimed that as a "Hebrew Israelite" he had a constitutional right to keep his headgear but then it turned out that he had been flashing a make-believe police ID that showed him bare-headed.

Here is Williams's current website, the Common Law Office of America:

http://www.usacommonlaw.com/

If you wander around the site, you'll notice that he is his own favorite client -- and that he has had a falling-out with several former accomplices. (It takes some effort to find by clicking but there are photos of him bare-headed.)

Very recently, police in Hawaii had a shoot-out with a make-believe cop, Raymond Hodge, an Afro-American who was trying to bully people by flashing a fake badge that indicated he was a Federal Human Trafficking investigator and who ill-advisedly pulled a gun and shot at real cops who had been called by someone suspicious of Hodge. Not much newspaper ink wasted on the deceased Hodge, and I cannot find evidence that he had any connection with Anthony.

Mr Williams was recently re-arrested for violating conditions of his pre-trial release (he was caught traveling without a license again), and spent an additional 8 or so days in detention awaiting his court date. Mr. Williams's most recent filing was a "Conditional Acceptance to Contract Based Upon Proof of Claim that Your Private For Profit Corporation is not Running a Global Human Trafficking Slave Trade Market" signed by no fewer than five Private Attorneys General. Disappointingly, a day after filing his most recent tour-de-force, Mr. Williams plead nolo contendre to the charges and was sentenced to fines and time served.

Transform a routine traffic citation into jail time (2 stints combined for about 16 days)? Sounds like a resounding win for the US Office of the Private Attorney General.

Around Nov. 9, 2015, Williams was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on multiple (including felony) charges, which could (esp if he insists on being his own lawyer) send him away for as much as 50 years.

It's seems to me this guy has miraculously skated out of some serious consequences previously, sounds as if his luck may have run out. What an obnoxious, arrogant piece of work, that badge? Good grief, seriously delusional, needs therapy in the form of a prison cell.

I have drawn a complete blank on finding recent news about Anthony Troy Williams, the self-styled Private Attorney General.
Does anyone know what court his case is in, or have any contacts that could tell us about the indictment, the status of the case, etc.??

I found this on the Broward County FL Clerk of the Courts site.

http://www.clerk-17th-flcourts.org/Web2 ... ategory=CR

Quite a bit of info on it including a physical description of Mr Williams and a list of the court "events", with copies of paperwork filed

Thanks. I'm impressed with Broward County's dedication to electronic records. Free PACER, in everything but the "Not Official Copy" watermark all over it. In any event, in Anthony Troy Williams we have another sovrun groyse chochem who uses his impressive command of the law to turn a traffic stop into jail time.

Back in January of this year, Williams was tooling around Florida in someone else's Caddy with diplomatic plates that read "Common Law Enforcement". A cop saw, didn't think those plates looked kosher, and pulled him over. When asked for his license, Williams produced a document marked "Private Attorney General" who had "Sovereign Immunity". Apparently it didn't work, because he was arrested.

It appears that at that point Florida Law enforcement started looking at Williams a little more closely. Last month, he was charged with UPL and filing false statements, most of the instances of which occurred around the time of the traffic stop. He is currently in jail. He has filed a pro se writ in which he claims himself entitled to $1.8M per day. He has filed a bunch of other stuff, including this steaming pile of gibberish which defies any attempt at description. The upshot of all this chochem-ese maneuvering? An order for a competency examination.

To be continued.

Well, I suppose that we can start describing it as a trademark infringement against the Fraternal Order of Eagles—I'm assuming that they don't actually approve of this sort of thing, and that their logo has been misappropriated in order to make the USOPAG's paperwork look more official. See, 'cause, if it didn't have an eagle on it, you might think it was fake.

The Official Website of The United States Office Of The Private Attorney General at http://www.usopag-gov.org would appear to be one of those lesser online references for steaming heaps. (It also tracks visitors—user discretion is advised.) Their "PAG News" links Williams to Rod Class, whom we know about already; and Cynthia Louise Brown, the basketball player, whose biography has at least partially been extracted from Wikipedia (links and all), and whose "unwavering deposition to compromise her principles is what separates Ms. Brown from all there rest." So take that, evildoers!

So the car was validly registered to the passenger who had a FL Drivers Licence. Yet ANthony felt compelled to swap out the plate and drive with a suspended Georgia Licence. That makes a whole lot of sense. He could of done nothing and let the passenger drive, and this wouldn't have been an issue at all. All I can say is IDIOT!

Nope. That's him. Also Georgia.

They're really ganging up on poor Anthony. He must be onto something.

A veritable smörgåsbord of sovcit gibberish. All equally useless.

The almost fascinating thing about it is that the itemized list seems to be a kind of compendium of sovrun gibberish. Someone spent a considerable amount of time assembling it without having the presence of mind to recognize even the simplest redundancies and incongruities.

Equally unimpressive are the almost child-like "warnings" of impending doom on an international basis for the members of the bar at the hands of this seemingly omnipotent judge at the world court.

Clearly, the woo is powerful with this one.

One of the mysteries of this to me is why the sovcit who is so concerned about jurisdiction and consent would image that an international judge would have jurisdiction and consent to judge a US Lawyer.....my mind wiggles.
