Florida AG's Investigation of Bioperformance

On the old board, someone asked about the status of this investigation. I inquired, and got back a very polite letter from a Florida AAG. She wrote that her office had closed its investigation due to the consent judgment which the Texas AG obtained, and that any new complaints or claims should be filed in Texas.
