OK folks from the MLM/scam.com world - please note that you're coming here with perceptions of how to either instantly bash or promote participants in MLM's depending on which one you're in or you've been burned by.

The classic opening question "Does anyone know about . . ." from a newcomer is nothing more than a giant red flag and most of this audience has been around a long time - long enough to see a grenade tossed in that still has the pin in it.

If you have something that is DEFINITIVE - not innuendo, not hyperbolic and poorly concealed attempts at being who you aren't with your tidbits of things only the insiders know, AND it might actually stand up to scrutiny from, among other things, lawyers and even sitting and former members of the judiciary, share it with the community.

But don't expect a game such as that played on scam.com where half of what is posted (even without the blatant link) is nothing more than a lure to get people to go search on Google and low and behold, drive up a hit counter.

While the residents don't always agree on what belongs where and whether or not it needs to be pruned, the dynamic here is not conducive to promoting something.

Hi Judge

Thanks for your post.

Can you explain a bit more please? Can I post the invite text I got from my Facebook friend?

It was the first time I heard about it and just wanted to know if anyone knew about them.

I am trying to be careful about it as I don't have experience with MLMs/Opportunities.

I am not looking to bash/promote (Me thinks I would get 'Eaten For Breakfast' if I tried). I am neither Pro nor Anti MLM.

Apologies, if my thread came across the wrong way to you and/or others. I truly am on a 'MLM Learning Curve'.

Blessings - Mike

Mike - there is a general consensus among many here who care about such things that MLMs are inherently scams, er go, when you ask about some unknown one the most common response will be that you're propounding a question you should already know the answer to.

Thanks Judge. I think I understand now (Fingers Crossed).

Before asking an opinion here I should do 'Google Research' and then post what I learnt from that research.

Many thanks for taking the time to reply.

It's OK, Mike. But take a look at the threads on the forum. (A lot of them are actually quite interesting, if we do say so ourselves.) Most of them - likely all of those started by regulars - begin with some sort of research (at least a personal experience) to start the conversation. It need not be a master's thesis. Moreover, that's not a rule. But give it a shot.

As you'll see from reading the forum, we get scammers themselves here. Some of them try to go toe-to-toe. It's a lot of fun when that happens. But they always try to promote, and (as Judge Roy says) hit counters are one of the ways they do it. Nobody's saying that's what you did, but we see it.

Welcome.
