This jerk insists on a definition of "driving" that is contrary to the one set forth in the Texas statutes; namely Texas Transportation Code § 522.003 (11). The phone number he gave the cop is listed elsewhere for someone with a different name on a different street. He's goddam lucky that all he got, after wasting ten minutes of the cop's time, is a ticket and for just one violation.
