Just remember that on Warner and Menner, there are questions.

Menner claims to have used CtC, but Hendrickson claims that Menner did not, or that Menner didn't do it "right." Who knows.......

Warner claims to have used CtC, since Warner sent his refund check to Hendrickson. Hendrickson posted the refund check on the losthorizons web site as a CtC "victory," so Hendrickson is obviously deemed to be claiming that Warner used CtC. But as I recall, it hasn't been established for sure that Warner actually used CtC.

Gurus *always* disavow followers who are indicted / convicted. Schiff consistently marketed that "no one has ever gone to jail for using my methods" even after several Schiff clients were rotting in their cells.

It is telling that everyone you listed is still listed on Pete's site under "Victories".

http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/MoreVictories.htm

It's almost like someone from the government went through the list refund checks posted on Pete's site and just started going after people.. Really, who could have seen that coming?

Do you actually think the government would go to all the trouble to read all those victory postings; research via check numbers, document locator numbers, amounts paid, and dates to determine the names of the CtC educated victors; and create multiple archival copies of the web sites (in case the originals vanish) just to persecute a handful of freedom-loving individuals who learned the deepest secrets of the tax code?

Damn straight they did.

And thanks again, Pete. It would have been so much harder without all your self-aggrandizing posts.

It was also very nice of Pete to post all his victories in chronological order so there's less of a chance of blowing a statute by working from the top down.

Which is okay to do for money, so long as you're in Nevada.

Glad to see that you've come to your senses, Mutter. Since changing my untenable relationship to government, the red carpet has been rolled out. I have been wined and dined-- escargot and cavier, filet mignon and the most expensive wines have been liberally proferred almost nightly as well as gorgeous women, lavish getaways, and introductions to the most exclusive circles of the rich and powerful! I wish you the best of luck, yourself!

If you were really an Illuminati shill, you'd be too traumatized to be bragging about it.

Gregg, I am not a shill for the illuminati. I am a little traumatized, which accounts for my quirky sense of humor.

I believe we are all have a common ground in the future of America, even those who deny a stake in its future, that if anarchy prevails, no one will be safe--virtually every plebiscitary revolution has resulted in unpredictable results. The balance between government and individual rights is a hard one. If you are a free market, lew rockwell, anti-government sort, you might want to check out gary north's site for practical advice.

All of the political arguments that are being made now, were debated in previous decades far more rigorously. There is a reason the current legal system developed slowly and methodically, and why the highest court has rejected frivolous arguments and legal theories. Not because there is a conspiracy of any sort, but because they are generally making necessary compromises. Personally, I would like to see most of the smut peddlers prosecuted vigorously and internet porn censored in the US as India has done, I hope we will all see that day.

I notice that my title has changed from "Admiral" (me like that one, visions of Horatio Nelson, John Paul Jones and Bill Halsey in my mind) to "Conde sumptin other" which sounds like some wimpy french bedpan washer....

How do y'all get snazzy NWO titles,,,,and can someone pick and assign me a suitable avatar, I have tried and I guess it's just beyond my skills...
