Does anyone know the whereabouts of Rick Miller, CPA? Rick was based out of Denver Colorado and Scottsdale Arizona during the early to mid 90's. He was the "in house" CPA for annuity powerhouse Brokers International Ltd. located in Panora, Iowa. Rick was also a very vocal and prolific "tax protestor" and has faded out of the national limelight. I'm an old friend and wish to re-establish contact. Google shows him offering opinions on the subject as late as 2007. He is mentioned as being in the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, which presumably has contact info.
