For cases with this many defendants where the sentencing hearing is spread across multiple days, it's hard to say whether or not they'll wait to issue a press release until all of them have been sentenced.

DAVIS or any derivative thereof", moved for a continuance of his trial. Were I the judge to whom he submitted this motion, I might question his ability to go pro se, Faretta notwithstanding.

The Court continued Davis' trial to December 13. The Rabbi (Shawn Rice) is still off davening at parts unknown.

Trial of Karen Tappert adjourned on her motion until March 1, 2011. Las Vegas.

"l am, we the people, a Iiving, breathing people known as Samuel-Lynn, appearing specially from the office of executor from the estate known as SAMUEL L. DAVIS or any derivative thereof" has decided that he wants to be represented after all. Even on the eve of trial, that's a hard one for a judge to turn down. Trial rescheduled for March 28, 2011.

On her motion, Karen Tappert assigned new counsel. Trial adjourned to June 14, 2011, Las Vegas. She remains detained.

The Rabbi (Shawn Rice) is still a fugitive.

"Epic warrior" David Myrland: Sept. 12, 2011, Judge Martinez, WAWD. Detained.

On request of her counsel, the trial of Karen Tappert has been adjourned until September 20, 2011, in Las Vegas. The request notes that there are ongoing "negotiations" between the govt and the defense. She remains detained.

David Myrland pleaded guilty about a month before the trial date. No date for sentence.
