Doreen responds to "jayjay":
......jayjay,

First, I used to pity scoundrels like you, wondering how one could look in the mirror and know that one lived like an animal in the woods (or under a rock), worse than just pragmatic, but unprincipled. As I've grown, I've become more cynical. It's no longer pity, but contempt.

That said, you're right that you may be removed, as you should be, though you're likely unprincipled enough to regain access so that you can again be"not here to stir the pot". Your removal, would not be for stirring the pot, but rather for your transparent effort to demoralize true patriots and derail their efforts to return our country to our Founders' vision. You may not be a Quatlooser (though I have my doubts), since they appear to openly root for Peter's downfall. You , on the other hand, put on the appearance of a caring supporter, while working for the opposition.

Next, nobody is going to follow Peter into his prison cell. Peter was selectively persecuted, I mean prosecuted, in order to discourage people from lawfully filing their tax returns. Had you read any of the briefs, you would have known that the Doj (sic) acknowledged that, and Rosen upheld their position.

Lastly, I reject your shallow and self-serving "very best" wishes to me and my family, and your contention that Peter couldn't "convince a jury about his beliefs/understandings/research". You were not in the courtroom everyday, as were some court watchers who cared about the future of our country, so you are ignorant of the proceedings and what, if anything, is implied by the results. I will not wish you the best, but "may your chains set lightly upon you".

Doreen:

I believe your name and signature were on the same tax returns as were Pete's.

Are you "pulling a Rose" and saying you want to be prosecuted, too?

You'd be better off keeping your mouth shut and not give DoJ any reason as to whom they choose to prosecute next.

Also, you'd be better off getting your financial affairs in order so you will be able to pay the back taxes, penalties, and interest without having your home sold out from under you.

It appears that "Pablo", one of the intellectual giants at lost horizons, is now trying to drum up business for himself.

Pablo has been poaching on Pete's turf for a few weeks now. I'm surprised he hasn't been banned from LH. He makes a lot of promises for someone who has yet to win a single case.

That would not be unless they cross the line with their advice. I was just going off of hims LH post. Though depending on the state it could matter. For instance in Tennessee if you hold yourself out as providing legal services then it can be UPL. It all depends on how the AG is feeling. We have had a recent rash of cases agains Nortario Publicos but in most cases they did not call themselves lawyers.

Also the Legal Advice aspect would be enough in Tennessee to be popped for UPL again depending on the AG. They should be ok with IRS advice, but when you start strategizing for Tax Court and Appeals then you strart tip toeing around the line for UPL. If they tell a client what to do then you are crossing the line you can relate your expierences, and give information on the law, but not tell someone what they should do in their case. We had cases aginst We The People Pre Paid Legal Services because they were preparing documents for Pro Se Defendants. I think they even had a lawyer who was "Supervising" them.

Yes, now that I reread your question I agree, in Tennessee that would probably be UPL, if the AG wanted to go after it. Of note we do not have individual Income Tax and therefore state courts would not be flooded with this sort of crap so it is unlikely he would care. Budget cuts have hit everyone.

Pete, in all likelihood, is too busy with other matters to worry about policing the LoserHeads forum.

Perhaps he's even realized that, as part of his sentence, his whole site will be orderd shut down and doesn't give a rat's patootie about it.
