"For anyone who considers a dismissal as relevant as a win (due to the trial not proceeding for whatever reason) can you show that it isn't as good as one (as a win in court) for that reason alone. Leaving all else aside for now."
That's what I was asking. Not your question. My question. Answer it or don't. Either way is fine "Wesley". I'd just like anyone's thoughts on the matter at hand. Not what you want the question to be though.
"As good as" for what purpose?

It's like talking to a three-year-old. But won't be for much longer. I have little patience for intentional obtuseness.

OTOH, perhaps it isn't intentional.

Something I've answered 100 times. It won't be asked again.

Asked and answered.

Move on.

As others have pointed out, your question HAS been answered, several times.

More to the point, though, why should anyone answer your questions when you won't answer anyone else's? Exactly what was Wes lying about?

Just a question Pig. Why do you put Wes' name in scare quotes? Do you doubt that it is his name? I may not have met him in real life, yet, but he certainly answers by that name on the phone.

As for the rest of your arguments you do realise that Marc Stevens has argued them here before, right? And has had absolutely no success, either here or in court. He is, and you are, simply wrong.

I got a tip about a guy Marc helped with an IRS case that got sentenced to 3 years in jail. Currently trying to get the name, just wanted to check here in case this is someone you guys already knew about.

Maybe James Back? We've discussed him. And he received sixteen months, not three years.

Looks like our mystery man is Michael Fitzpatrick.

viewtopic.php?t=8795

There was already a thread about Mike which mentioned that Marc Stevens was blogging about the case and having podcasts about the case.

Well now we have an insiders view of the Fitzpatrick case. Marc was intimately involved with the case which explains how he had so much information on the trial. Marc charged Fitzpatrick an apparently substantial amount of money for his "services" only to lead him to the slaughterhouse.

I have updated the information on Michael George FitzPatrick, in the other thread linked above.

James Witt (another follower of Marc Stevens), who is mentioned earlier in this thread, lost his appeal at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (case no. 15-16721 at the Court of Appeals) on February 27, 2017. He had tried to block the enforcement of an IRS summons.

I deleted three posts from this thread, something completely irrelevant to the topic from Troll and two replies from Pottapaug. Sorry, Pottapaug, but once I deleted Troll's inanity, yours were orphaned.

Stevens doesn't like me, primarily because I keep pointing out for people unfamiliar with him that his BS only wins when the cop doesn't show. 'Course, since no one who matters listens to Stevens, I don't care.

ETA: The articulate, refined first comment to the video:
If I was in your shoes I would hang the son of a bitch with all the legal crap you can throw at him can you imagine all the innocent people he is fucking railroaded could you imagine all the people who moderately broke the law how severely he punish them cock sucker
I wonder why Stevens hasn't hit me with "all the legal crap you can throw at him"? It's not as though he doesn't know who and where I am.

Wow. Fascinating legal concept. "Moderately broke" is an oxymoron from a moron.

It's the same reason why you don't bring a toy gun to a real gunfight.

In Stevens' case it would be a dull butter knife.
