Four years ago when the video was uploaded, the '0 convictions' claim was correct because his first trial ended, if I am not mistaken, in a mistrial. In the second trial, Kahre was convicted of 49 counts of failure to collect or pay employment taxes, two counts of attempting to interfere with administration of IRS laws, four counts of tax evasion and one count of wire fraud. If I remember correctly, he was sentenced to over 15 years in federal prison.
