I do think it is rather disingenuous of him to claim that the "shell fish license" he says he pays $200 a year for is for personal use and that he sells what his family doesn't use, when in fact it is a commercial license. Very disingenuous in fact, just like the transfer license is also a commercial license. On the other hand, it certainly is within keeping with the rest of his behavior.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
