I believe the exclamation marks and "BOOM" should only follow "BREAKING NEWS" when there isn't any actual real breaking news. That is how Ceylon does it.

Over on GOOFY they would call this a false flag.
Disappointing that Gillard uses this video to ask for donations and to plug his radio show. Some sceptics may start thinking about 'publicity stunts'.
On the other hand, the police or Gillard should install hidden cameras to record these crimes.

From the videos description:Philistine wrote:Could you please post a synopsis. This is a forum, not a youthtube aggregator.IDIOT wrote:Here!!!!!!!!!!!BREAKING NEWS
The video itself is post-incident footage, with commentary from Mark GillardMark Gillard was attacked again at his Home by unsavoury characters in the Dark of night. His Window was put through by a large chunk of Rock like material (Possibly Concrete). Marks granddaughter was also present in the house at the time. You can clearly see in the video that where the Object thrown landed could have easily been where someone could have been sleeping. Thankfully this was not the case.
Mark has also had the tyres of his Car slashed TWICE over two nights. Black paint was poured over his Car and he has been Deeply upset by these malicious actions.
The incidents have been reported to the Police.

It's only 3/4 mins long but the gist is that a rock was thrown through a window at his house and reference to other vandalism on other days - tyres slashed etc.Philistine wrote:Could you please post a synopsis. This is a forum, not a youthtube aggregator.IDIOT wrote:Here!!!!!!!!!!!BREAKING NEWS
Veiled reference to who the culprit might be.

I hope the Police managed to keep a straight face when Mr Gillard filed his complaint. They might understandably think it's hilarious and well-deserved, but they do need to stay professional.Mark has also had the tyres of his Car slashed twice over two nights. They should especially resist the temptation to push a camera in his face when he's crying about the big boys picking on him, and then upload it all to youtube with a jeering commentary. That may be how Mr Gillard behaves towards others, but we expect our Police to adopt a higher moral standard.

Re: Mark Gillard UK, he's trying.
A certain name get mentioned by Gillard about who the possible perpertator(s) might be.
Let's face it Gillard has upset a fair few folk in a very short space of time. Who's to say the likes of British Gas wouldn't hire a couple of local na'er do wells in an attempt to shut Gillard down. Bailiff firm or rogue bailiff doing the deed or causing the deed to be done.
Can't see the old bill taking this one too seriously after his antics so maybe nobody will ever know.
These kind of incidents are to be expected when confronting the powers that be and Gillard should have expected this to a point where he protected his anonymity a lot better than he has.

It wouldn't be worth their while. In the greater scheme of things this is nothing to them. No one with any real power, or authority at British Gas will have even heard of Gillard, nor care about him one way, or another.IDIOT wrote:Who's to say the likes of British Gas wouldn't hire a couple of local na'er do wells in an attempt to shut Gillard down.
They wouldn't care either. They're used to abuse at work and draw the same wage regardless of these actions.Bailiff firm or rogue bailiff doing the deed or causing the deed to be done.
As with all these things, as we saw with the Crawford's as well, only two people pay for these protests, the person in debt, and the public, either as tax payers footing police bills, or as customers who have any costs passed on to them.

Gillard is no threat to British Gas.

British Gas make Npower look competent and they couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery. The chance of BG organising a 'hit' on an internet crank are somewhere between zero and S.F.A. They spent five ever more frantic years chasing my parents for access to their gas meter in a sheltered housing scheme without a gas supply

Haining didn't turn up as he said he hadn't been served the papers. Judge was willing to accept Haining was on notice of the proceedings but not served so the hearing was relisted for next Thursday 3rd September. Pretty much it really.

Re: Mark Gillard UK, he's trying.
Look at Gillard's video again from one minute in.
The window is smashed and there's a lump of rock on the sofa some distance away.
Where the hole in the glass is the curtain appears to be immediately behind it that would indicate the trajectory of the rock (Mark calls it a brick in his narration) would be slowed or disrupted on its trajectory towards the sofa. The curtains could have been wide open at the time of course and the blinds could have been up but he lifts the blinds to reveal the hole in the glass.
The rock is seen on the sofa with glass in the immediate vicinity, look close and you'll see glass on the sofa as well.
Can anyone tell me that a rock going through what looks like quality framed glass travels that far and takes shards of glass that size with it all the way to the sofa and ends up resting on the rock itself?
I'm calling BS on this 'attack' as his narrative is full of pauses and gatherings of the next thing to say as well as the rock/glass anomaly.
