Sue looks well though - not sweaty at all (from what I could see).
Re Tom, yes he does look slimmer - with all the stress he must be under, perhaps this is understandable?
Generally, a few pounds less in weight is beneficial.

he needed to lose the weigh to get up on the roof of someone elses house.
One hopes not. I don't know that they are right but on the face of it they have a reasonable argument and are making it in a reasonable fashion. The last thing they would need is Inky Taylor turning them into another of his failed projects.

Given how massive numbers of British pubs are closing every year I fail to see why this is even an issue. Something has to be done with the properties after they are no longer viable as pubs and residential is as good as any. So, as NW implies, if they pursue this in a rational manner they at least stand a chance. Taylor will torpedo that quite efficiently.

I don't think so. Tom and his "supporters" would have been shouting this from the rooftops (no pun intended... maybe not) as a Complete VICTORY and an utter rout of the police and the CPS. Not to mention a complete vindication of his notion that the house is still his.
After all, if the police did not charge him, there obviously is no crime. If there is no crime, it must mean that he was not trespassing. If he was not trespassing, that can only mean that the house is his. QED.
The sovereigns on the internet are all cheering
They're saying they knew this day would come to pass
Quatloosians are running for Saddam's bunkers
They know the people are wise to them at last
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
Tom Crawford has taken back his house!
Tom Crawford has taken back his house!
Pedophile bailiffs have thrown away their fake warrants
They're chained up and summoned to common law courts
The sidewalks are splattered from plummeting banksters
The judges run and hide behind pillow forts
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
Tom Crawford has taken back his house!

The picture with Tom in it reminds me of the ones you see in the paper where what should have been a nice family photograph comes outs with a shadowy ghostly image in the background to ruin it. I hope this nice couple turn round and find Tom gone before he tells them they have "no case to answer" and end up with "no home to live in."

I was at a wedding once in the early 1970s where there was a big argument between the bride and her mother. Mother wanted a gap left immediately beside her in all of the wedding photographs, like a big smile with a tooth missing. She wanted to fill it with a superimposed picture of her dead husband. Hi Carl, glad you could make it being dead and all! The bride, as you can guess, wasn't fully in agreement with this. That came to mind when I saw that picture of Tom although he's purportedly still alive. There's a decided spectral look to him.

I'm going to go all GOOFy:
The second photograph has definitely been photoshopped. Look at Mr Jackson's hand that he has placed around his wife. Her shoulder and part of that side of her body is missing !!!!1!!!! You can see the doorframe at the bottom of the photo exactly where her body should be !!!!1!!!! Tom has been added to that photograph after it was taken. Wake up sheeple !!!!1!!!!

Just watched the Jackson eviction video's that have been posted... I presume that the person advising them on the phone is Ebert.
How can they keep a straight face and argue that it is an illegal document because you can't download it off the internet.
Which is strange because as I recall, one of the arguments that the Crawfrauds used was that the documents to evict Tom were fraudulent instruments that were downloaded off the internet.
They honestly think that a Court instead of being able to print off its own documents has to rely on google to search for them.

They didn't have Crawford support levels did they? Just a bloke from down the road with the camera. Ceylon didn't even bother turning up.
All this for £35k owed to Pirtek for breaking the franchise agreement. The house is worth £600k so they should end up with something.
Loved the comment from the bloke measuring up to board up the windows to the PC regarding the cameraman,
Bloke: "Sort him out before I do"
Camera mate: "A threat! That was a threat, arrrest him!"
PC: "No"
I ought to do a bingo card for these vids with all the stock phrases on. Fradulent, Warrant, Illegal, Are you acting under your oath.....

And there is absolutely nothing between Tom's eyebrows and the top of his hat!!!!1!!!!!
