Haven't listened to the interview, but the article below it contains at least one blatant lie.

He was taken to another town where he was put before magistrates on a charge of contempt which he successfully defended using “No Case to answer”

No he didn't successfully defend it. He was convicted, jailed for 7 days and then his appeal against that conviction was dismissed.

Still, I doubt anybody listens to this garbage anyway.

I thought he won the appeal and the conviction was overturned or something?

Although I haven't been paying that much attention.

As usual there is so much smoke and mirrors with these freetards. He was found guilty and served prison time for being in contempt but was found not guilty on appeal for the original charge. If he had shut up in Court instead of coming out with his usual nonsense, chances are he would have been found not guilty and been able to go home the same day, without being an idiot and spending a week in prison. However, as usual this is being claimed as a victory by the freetards.

Are we to see a repeat of his Bodenham Manor Blockade?
This was also his property seized by the bank

I see he advocates "doing your own research" on vaccines. Would that be clinical trials, statistical analysis of public health records? Or does he mean a quick google and check out the most strident anti-vaccine videos on Youtube?

Freetard research is limited to the University of Yootoob and wackadooster sites.

And sites with the word 'truth' in the URL. :snicker:
JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?

As long as they amplify the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Edit 1 time for spelling.

The Dunning-Kruger effect, named after David Dunning and Justin Kruger of Cornell University, occurs where people fail to adequately assess their level of competence — or specifically, their incompetence — at a task and thus consider themselves much more competent than everyone else. This lack of awareness is attributed to their lower level of competence robbing them of the ability to critically analyse their performance, leading to a significant overestimate of themselves.

In simple words it's "people who are too stupid to know how stupid they are".

Couldn't agree more

Wasn't Colon at least around for Tom's second protest, which if memory serves, was the one Tom got arrested for. Guy wouldn't have been much use as a witness given that I don't think he was there when Tom committed the offence. In fact Guy wasn't present when Colon got arrested for clambering onto the roof of the bungalow (he had positioned himself nearer the pub for some hitherto unknown reason and was not allowed onto Fearn Chase when the police blocked it off).

Guy would not have been allowed to give any testimony and I would think a court would rather laugh at the idea of someone coming in on the pretext of being an expert witness in 'lawful' matters or 'common law'. I would think that even if Tom had tried to call Guy the Judge would have ruled anything he was going to say as not being relevant to the actual case.

The clowns are a little bit scary.

Guy Taylor is a short, tubby, illiterate, delusional drunk. I see no similarity

I will give you that he appeared in the Crawford Circus though
Oh the irony of the Get Out Of Debt Free website
Now owned by a debt management company :brickwall: Bye bye Ceylon :haha:

The courts are stealing elderly people? Coo, who'd a thunk it? I wonder what they do with them?
Strange that these courts are so secret yet the BCG know all about it. Not much of a secret is it?

Brings to mind another particular stupid statement from Roger - of the family - Hayes, of the BCG
Judges know how the ‘legal fiction’ applies to each of us, but barristers, solicitors, Magistrates and politicians mostly do not – it is a closely guarded secret.

 Roger knows though.
