Fear is when you're afraid to own your mistakes, fear is when you're afraid to take responsibility for your own life, fear is when your afraid to stand by your beliefs in court, and forget to lose your name, fear is when you visibly stop making your videos, because you're afraid eyes are watching, fear is when your post count declines, because you're afraid people will point out you're not anywhere near as clever as you thought.

Fear sometimes goes hand in hand with cowardice.

Mark Haining has become synonymous with cowardice.

When he's not helping people get into more debt free with his lose name & helping assist lawful evictions boredom sets in with the narcissistic one & he then starts copy pasting complete & utter garbage on his favourite topics of conspiracy theories, paedos or whatever other drivel he can find on the Internet.

Incredibly stupid individual

Received cc claim for water charges. I have tried a4v to no avail, yes water is free from the rain and cleans itself through the rocks and also poison added to it like fluoride and chlorine.

I believed everything and followed all info on this but now a judge will get involved, its over, end of.
Another unhappy customer who has seen his debt rise, rather than fall.

Still, Haining's not bothered, he'll carry on as usual.

Why?

Fear.

Fear to own his mistakes, fear to take responsibility, fear of the truth.

Anyone can say they have no fear, but that's just words, & words can be corrupted, but it's a man's actions that tell the real truth.

And Jimmy pops in to brag about how he's been stealing water for years.

Bravo.

Well if he thinks its free why not cut himself off from the main supply and do away with the problem? He could build his own mini sewage system and include a mini water treatment plant and a little reservoir assuming of course he has the land to do so, that way he wont have to "poison" himself. Of course the water that arrives at your tap has not got there for free, what a bell end.

That thread has some real gems :-

Best way is to run your own water service if possible. Then you have zero water rates & no hassles.

Same goes for most utilities & even council services.

Im assuming he does not generate his own elctricity, does not own a Gas refinery nor uses his back garden as a land fill site for his rubbish. What he actually does is continue to use the services for "free," and bill dodges but coughs up now and again.

These people are just parasites who want to take, but pay nothing in return. Jimmy proudly announcing he has been stealing water for years is a prime example. If he is telling the truth his change name, change utility company, pretend you have just moved in, rinse, repeat when they start chasing you for money is insane, fraudulent and will hit him hard when they catch up with him.

Renting a semi-detached, if that, with a postage stamp sized front and back yard, and I'm sure is an absolutely model tenant. :sarcasmon:

The level of just sheer utter stupid in this group is staggering.

Water supply being deliberately poisoned is a common theme amongst that lot.

If the one idiot is so upset about the water fees, he can always collect it in rain barrels and use that, and take his chances on not coming down with something, water in barrels gets really manky after a while.

You do have to give them points for almost sort of being right. Almost anything in sufficient quantity is poisonous, including the air we breath. However, in therapeutic does, as in most medicines and the chlorination and fluoridation of water the amounts are minuscule and harmless to us, not so much to the little nasties that would otherwise make our water supply unsafe if not downright dangerous. Idiots are still idiots.

Always makes me laugh when someone mentions the word work on Goofy, one imagines Jimmy and the like freezing in terror as they read the word work, lest they have to get a job.

Rain collects all sorts of crap on the way down especially in areas that are densely populated, unless in a survival situation I would not recommend drinking it.

I once had a coversation with a footle who told me that to have gas, water and electricity pumped into his house free of charge was his God given right. The reason being is because, without them, he said he would die and he has a God given right to life.

I'd take the "old family friend" bit with a pinch of salt as this message has been reproduced by numerous people including Ceylon. Inky Taylor's new mate Kai Holloway seems to have turned up and the indications are that the eviction did not happen.

Yes, Council Tax can be included in bankruptcy, and as more and more freetards refuse to pay, the Councils are using bankruptcy proceedings more often.
In this case it would appear that the debtor did not respond to the bankruptcy petition with a claim for 'set-aside'. There was, therefore, no hearing for him to attend. It was an administrative procedure by the court.

So, in other words, he stupided himself right in to a whole new hole. Amazing how far ignorance can get you.

Yes, and unless he can persuade someone to pay off his debt to the Council (he now can't use his own assets for this, because he's bankrupt) his home is at risk.

Edited to add: I see that mrfibble is suggesting that a petition costs 75k. It doesn't. It costs £280 for court fees. There is also a £750 deposit to be paid, but this will be returned to the petitioner - it's another debt that the bankrupt has to pay.

Yes, great little twist to using bankruptcy to get your money. Do you know if he gets someone to pay the debt that he can ask for the petition to be withdrawn or is he now royally screwed? I suspect the second, and he has to go through the whole process now that it has started.
