When out and about filming in public, Haining is the loudest to state he is free to film whatever he wants. Fair enough if that's your thing!

In some respects this is a very effective way of dealing with an nosey individual but it also shows a heavy handed response by the police effectively stopping someone filming - they could be filming a medical situation in which case IMO they should show some respect or they could be filming the police beating the hell out of someone ( or shooting someone )

I think he's seen the light, Yiam. All his bullshit has come back to haunt him and it has got to him.. He is forced (now he has seen the light) to practice what he has preached or STF UP!!!!1!!!!

Well hopefully, you gathered enough evidence to show the Order is Deemed to have been Served, if he and the rest of them fail to show I'm presuming an Injuction can be ordered and costs awarded in default.

Same for the Crawford family as presumably you could only serve to their last known address?
They may well say they didn't receive the documents but it looks like valid service to me I.e. to their last known address. Craig gave his as Fearne Chase recently IIRC so OK to serve there?
Amanda Pike - presumably you have her home address so it will be a valid service.

This 'other poster' (who's name I forget - its an age thing!) used the phrase 'summons' but Yiam corrected him and said it was an 'order', not a 'summons'.

Anyways, I am sure that Yiam has kept screenshots etc.
