It's clearly been a con from the start

At first I was full of sympathy thought maybe he had been screwed over, then thought maybe he just didn't understand what an endowment mortgage was, now it's clear they've conned everyone from the start

To be a good liar you need a good memory. He's screwed up so many times now only freetards and f*ckwits could possibly believe a word that comes out of his mouth.

Apart from his legal team, who are getting paid

I just want them to hurry up an take the house so we can all sit around and laugh at the idiots who actually fell for the bollards that's been spouted. It's an absolute disgrace how they can con so many people out of their own hard earned money.

I'd stopped listening at 22 minutes because he seemed to be going into the general "all mortgages are fraud", "show me the documents" nonsense!

On the endowment policy he says that B&B allege it was cashed in and asks for the evidence. Well that came out in the judgement and then in one of his videos Tom was kind enough to hold up the statement that showed the £178.75 being paid into his mortgage account.

Of course, when Tom complaint to the FOS he claimed that he thought the endowment was funded by B&B through the payment they made to the bank. That is obviously BS and the judgment makes clear that the claim was rejected for that reason and not simply as Tom has repeatedly claimed because it was "time barred".

I still find it hard to believe that Tom consciously chose to misconstrue the January 1999 letter from B&B in order to try to avoid repaying the mortgage. However, perhaps the flowers and champagne apology made him think that he had them over a barrel and he decided to try to take advantage but he doesn't seem bright enough and I suppose the mess that he bass got himself into bears that out. There's no doubt that he's had to lie and lie again to try to maintain the story since he opened it up to the public.

Yes, but that won't be Craig, it will be the finance company. I'll guess the lease is officially in the name of one of his various get-rich-quick companies, and his only obligation is to maintain the monthly payments and return the car in proper order at the end of the lease. Monthly costs for a pre-owned mid-range Audi shouldn't be huge, especially if it's a low mileage lease. Maybe £300pcm.

While we're still waiting for some "Tom" action, there's a new video from Josh Langley who was introduced up thread. It's been about a month since the last video but the latest one seems to be another episode from the same incident where the police visited his house and he took offence. I think we can probably understand from the title what's been going on in the meantime.

It's been about a month since the last video but the latest one seems to be another episode from the same incident where the police visited his house and he took offence. I think we can probably understand from the title what's been going on in the meantime.

Well that video wasn't up long! It showed the Police Sergeant that he demanded to see in the previous videos being very reasonable and respectful in an effort to calm the situation and gain entry to the house. There was a suggestion in the description that accompanied the video that his estranged wife has alleged that he has suffered some kind of mental problem although that was an effort to get him out of the house that they owned.

He's replaced the removed video it with four more recent videos (albeit not in sequence) which show the police turning up with a warrant in order to take him to hospital for assessment of his mental condition. Josh specialises in polite abuse and they show remarkable restraint.

One can only assume that the assessment has not improved the situation although it's not clear if he is back in the houses. Just to help matters, some of the usual suspects turn up in the comments sections on the videos to echo the attacks on the police and encourage the suggestion that he should sue them.
