Headlines like "‘Freeman on the land’ causes chaos in court" don't help at all. They are exaggerating wildly. MaCrae just interrupted and talked Freemanbollocks, he didn't rampage round the court or swing from the chandeliers. This sort of hyperbole encourages others, giving the impression that courts can be brought to their knees with a bit of BS about Maritime Law or UCC.
