Just to add to the lies listed by Bones and Little Fred put out by the Crawford’s, (father Crawford in particular).

Tom also lied about the “ongoing special police investigation into fraud of the courts and bailiffs”.
This I believe was to give the appearance that everything they were doing was all worthwhile and leading somewhere. It was also said to appease those supporters who were more or less camped outside his home. i.e. Crawford threw them a bone to keep them interested and onside. This is/was and old Roger Hayes trick where he gives a talk about “the courts are afraid of us now” after his failed attempt to “arrest” a judge. (They were that “afraid” of Hayes they sent him to prison after he appeared in a secret “Star Chamber” court. Yes, he loved his sound bites and buzzwords did Hayes.

Also, Jan 30, this year Taylor and Brian Gerrish also lied on Crawford`s behalf saying that warrants were never issued.
Using pause button from 19 minutes onward
24 September 2012 Suspended Mortgage Possession Order
10 June 2014 Warrant of Possession issued

Yet Taylor & Brian Gerrish both state there were no orders or warrants ever issued in the case of Tom Crawford.?

That was a good post Bones.

Amanda is the archetypal exponent of not letting facts get in the way of a good (and for her, necessary) story.

She's not the only one of course, I quite like Ceylon's approach which is to admit some of the facts and still maintain the story that they contradict.

It's a toss up who is more stupid.

Great work Bones, for me this is the most compelling image, the opening Mortgage Statement from 1988, which clearly says Endowment Interest only

No one changed that - the separate Endowment policy was 3 years later cancelled from the Crawford's own bank account and that's it - no monies to repay the Capital - it's not rocket science (or fraud) it's actually quite simple, it was a mistake the policy should have been maintained, that one mistake, which has unfortunately, cost them and others dear !

I believe it is time to close this topic, as it is over 1500 posts long and has evolved from its original rationale. The battle is over, Tom lost, er won, Betty the chicken is missing, while Betty the human is cooped. And Nicole somehow became a chattel. Meanwhile a few new people have entered the picture, bringing even more pythonesque absurdity, er legal acumen to the lunitic brigade, er, people justice movement.

So it makes sense to start a new topic devoted to Tom's post eviction adventures with his merry band.

As a matter of minor interest, the statements that Tom displays also show that his very first mortgage interest payment was by DD - which was immediately bounced.

Frank Spencer was a one-man walking disaster area and a social misfit, but he was enthusiastic and well intentioned and did not tell lies. He was also bloody funny to watch.

Tom Crawford is a one-man walking disaster area but he has achieved it by being the exact opposite of Frank. He is also far from funny to watch.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

Surprised he's not tried that other GOODF staple, the DD clawback. It's not like he could lose his house now is it.

I think he is hilarious. I loved his one liner:

And good humour like this is the reason why Quatloos is such an amazing site.

Whilst I'm loving the titles suggested, giving the continual draw of this topic to new members I'd consider a simple factual title to help any new readers find there way maybe

And at this point I'll be locking this thread and starting a new one. Hope you like the title.
