Answer is on page 1 of this thread, he calls himself Chrisy on some of his YouTube videos. I did read somewhere and it was a BTBATB member so believe what you will, that their has been no falling out and he is taking a break from helping people avoid being to be evicted.

Bailiffs turn up to a vulnerable household, cops turn up, cops identify vulnerability and then instruct bailiffs to follow regulation 10 (1)of the taking control of goods regulations 2013 and paragraphs 70 to 78, national standards says they must withdraw, paragraph 30 states they must alert the creditor and paragraph 16 that creditor must be prepared to take control of the case. Cop informs bailiffs if he doesn't obey law he risks arrest for harrasment and/or breach of the peace...... Hopefully.
Here I am at the police and crime commissioner meeting with the chief constable who is in agreement to hear this out. Then take it to every individual police force to hopefully roll out. I'm gonna need volunteers to do this everywhere if it comes off. Who wants to help ?]

Couldn't make out what the commissioner was saying and I didn't want to be deafened by Chrissy Morris' voice, but my impression was they basically told him to do one at the end.

I've said it before, hell I even commented on one of his vids with it, but vulnerability only applies to the debtor AND it is the debtor's responsibility to prove it!

Stephanie - he is a good man. I hate the BNP and UKIP so I can assure you Chrissy is a good man. He is not racist. He promotes equality, kindness, peace and love. He will help any race or creed.

Just because they nominated him means nothing. It means he got a councillor that he knew would help him get his foot on the rung of the ladder so he can help people. Does it matter how he got there as long as he aims high when others go low?

He has a proven track record of goodness. If you were homeless and a BNP offered you a bed and a hot meal would you refuse?
