A dissolved company doesn't necessarily mean that it has failed. It may never have traded. I have a company that doesn't actually do anything - I just want to retain the trading name. It cost £5 to set up.

Any member of the public make make a complaint to the Police regarding public order offenses, doesn't necessarily have to bethe victim (i.e. Yiam), anybody who has viewed the video or witnessed the event can report it.

Most businesses fail, that's why we have an entire legal infrastructure in place to handle bankruptcies, so entrepreneurs can dust themselves off and try to find a business venture that works.

I have a lot more respect for someone who attempted six times to set up a legitimate business than someone like Craig or Haining who makes money lying to and exploiting others.

And Craig's got some balls playing that card, five working age adults in the Crawford household and they couldn't come up with £300 a month to cover the mortgage? That's 44 hours at a minimum wage job Craig, could have split it up between the five of you and you'd each only have to work 2 hours a week to pay the mortgage indefinitely.

Doors open at 09.45
Meeting starts at 10.00 sharp

1) Paperwork given out and talk beings on what they are.
First speaker will talk on these and the others within
2) Second speaker will also give his understanding of the documents and his own court case with regard to ' the sale '
3) Some one from the Court service has been asked to attend and give there understanding of the documents.
Break for Lunch
Resume after Lunch at 2.00

4) Guest speaker from over the water.
5) Guest speaker Mr J Hurst
6) question and answer until finish at 17.00 hours.

As we have to pay for the Hall and the printing there will be a charge of £25.00 per ticket and it WILL BE BY PE PAID TICKET ONLY as the number will be limited.

At a guess, I would put my money on YBS being Michael Grant-Sinclair.

I am, quite honestly, shocked and stunned by the video I have just watched. I have been staring blindly at the screen for the past 20 minutes, hardly able to comprehend what I have witnessed.
I may be naïve, but until now I had considered Tom Crawford to be a fairly harmless old duffer who provided a few people with light entertainment. But this! This has stepped way over the mark. I am horrified by the family's words and actions - and I deal with problem families on a daily basis at work. This was unacceptable.

I agree. Belligerent, nasty and bullying tone from Tom Crawfraud from the start. Really can't feel any sympathy for him or Sweaty Sue, when they behave like that in public. Huge praise to Yiam for keeping his cool. I have a downloaded copy of the video, if required.

Yiam should report it to the Police and ask for his home to be flagged for swift response. Notts Police know the sort of people who are involved, and they will be sympathetic.
