Should we have a new thread just for that now..
Good idea bones. What about Guy Taylor. ? Isn't he up again soon? I keep losing track of his starring roles in the courts.

I'm pretty sure that chargeable costs are set out in the CPR and from memory they are pretty low for a Litigant in Person, something like £18 per hour plus provable disbursements (travel etc).

What's he in Court for? I presume it's not Crawford related?

I have been to the RCJ twice & won on both occasions and asked for my costs which because the other side insisted on early starts included hotel rooms & meals, train fares & could justify cab fares to & from Hotel/train station/RCJ as my OH is in a wheelchair, parking fees for having to leave the car parked securely & also replacement labour costs for someone to cover my job whilst absent. Each time they were granted without having to produce itemised costs. For a hotel I can certainly vouch for the Holiday Inn in Mayfair or any of the Radissons.

Justice has been served because he won, though when he loses a case it is fraud

Ab initio, that means it would void his original endowment mortgage contract, he definitely wouldn't get his former home back then.

Who was the 'stalker' that was removed from court?

Anybody seen the video that TC refers to?

And Fearn Chase sold again! Is that the 3rd time in a matter of months? It's getting a bit like pass the parcel!

My understanding is that Land Registry get a bit twitchy (as do lenders) when properties change hands in less than 6 months - something to do with fears of money lending.

I know this as it is something I want to do but my solicitor advised that I should wait 6 months, which is what I am doing at the moment.

As far as I'm aware the only person removed from the court was Ceylon.

No one I know has seen the video, it must be just like the warrant.

Haining was told to leave the court for his aggressive behaviour to my process server. No one else was asked to leave as far as I know.

I don't think Tom wants to publish the video, it will prove service of my papers on him and his.

I thought most houses were bought with borrowed money. Someone has to lend it so where would the fear be?

I think that's probably money laundering

Actually with Tom it's a little more complicated than that, Tom thinks he won the Godsmark verdict, so if this is a win like his previous 'win' he'll probably wind up serving life in solitary.

Anyway onto the guff that Tom wrote:

Tom claims that he had three stalkers in court, we know that one of them was Yiam and Tom probably thinks the other was the process server, so that leaves one other person. One person who was removed from court. Now Yiam's told us that person was Ceylon. So is Ceylon stalking Tom? Is that what TC is telling us?

Finally Tom says that his former house now looks like a bomb site. I'd suggest that might have something to do with the fact that a bunch of idiots clambered all over the roof. I am glad that Tom isn't going to dwell on the past, and is planning to move on, although I don't think he's going to take this advice when it comes to Fearn Chase, as he'll never allow himself to understand that his failure to repay the mortgage capital led to his eviction.

He gives thanks to John Hurst and Peter Crol. I've seen Hurst's name on here before but who is Crol?

Misspelling by Tom. He is Peter Croll. For crying out loud this is the guy running Dignity Alliance and another mate of Guy Taylor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9jsXr5jS4c

"We will keep you up todate with further Court cases to regain our home" doesn't sound like Tom is moving on to me.

Bring them on Tom (if you're allowed to) and I for one look forward to the private prosecutions, the Grand Jury and all the other laughable tosh you and your delusional friends and family think will get Fearn Chase back and get justice against those that 'stole' it :haha:

One of the comments on that post never fails to make me giggle when I read it.

If the police used unnecessary force does that mean the eviction was invalid?

This is the standard of the suporters. There's just no helping some of them is there?
