There is a chap who crops up in different videos - generally coming across as a condescending know it all. He loves to quote Magna Carta, Statues, Police being public servants and threatens to " see everyone in Court" once he has taken their job. Maybe he is a HeadHunter ( as well as a knob in a hat ).

In the Norfolk video Colin calls him Peter. Anyone know any more about him? For me, he joins Haining and Lee Ravenscroft on the list of objectionable little worms.

No, the tall dark haired chap is Colin from Great Yarmouth. The chap I was asking about has been identified as Pete Bromie by IDIOT a few mins ago - Thanks IDIOT!
