To be frank it's quite horrible to read these morons try to justify any tragedy into a false flag conspiracy. Orlando was a hate crime, plain and simple. It was the work of one man, who may have had terrorist leanings and may have been a supporter of the islamic state, but who very likely acted alone and was fueled by a hatred directed towards a group of people who simply loved in a different manner.

While I realise it is no consolation to say, they do this about every tragedy, even going so far as to denounce the holocaust and bizarrely claim that the Jews, who they all agree Hitler absolutely hated and was right to hate, did not live in Concentration camps but instead in wonderful holiday camps which pandered to their every need and desire, because even though Hitler hated them and was at war with a lot of other nations, which would have sapped the resources of any country and had written a book that mentioned killing Jewish people, he didn't actually do that. Because you see while it's right to want to kill Jews, if someone claims that someone else went and did that thing, it's a Jewish conspiracy to make you think it's wrong to want to kill them. Because that's what Jews do.

.Was charged with speeding, 84 in a 70. Went up 3 weeks ago for an intermediate diet, and refused to plead, he threatened to put me in the cells until i reconsidered, i told him to do what he thought was lawful, but that i was indeed on an 'adjournment' with another case (held the same day)and that if he did kidnap me for the day, that he'd best explain to the other judge on my other case that all the witnesses would now have to go home. He then asked 'ill ask you again, how do you plead' I said ' why would i plead when im not guilty of anything' he said ' so you're pleading not guilty i accept your plea' !!!
He then ignored my responses completely. The police were also present as i refused to stand upon his grand entrance.

So i receive a date to return. And this is when it went astray. I gave the no consent agreements, (different magistrate this time) stating that even if consent to be governed was national, that never in my voting life time has the issue of national road speeds ever been mentioned in any political manifesto (except from the greens who wanted to reduce the limits), i also did the legal fiction route, (she did agree to call me 'Kevin' though, rather than MR Kevin. I used many different other lines, but she just kept shouting over me, and then said ' You can go down to the cells to reconsider your position.....Court adjourned' As she fled, i shouted ' you have abandoned the court, the case is over, there is now no case to answer'

This was around 10/11am that i was put in the cells. At around 4:15, the screws said im wanted back up in court, i said ' the case is over, im not going back up to court' G4S said they would batter me and drag me up there kicking and screaming.

Well low and behold, what happened next was a shocker.....even to me!
4:45, the magistrate, the court reporter and the whole entourage were suddenly OUTSIDE MY CELL DOOR............she had her robe on, and an open book in her hand, and she looked more like a preacher than a magi. She said 'I have be patient and respectful to you though out this proceeding......WILL YOU COME BACK UP TO COURT???? '' I turned my back on her and went into the corner to emphasise my point and said 'no, you abandoned the case, there is now no case to answer' She said ' You have shouted and screamed inside my court (not remotely true), and have been rude and deliberately obstructive, i find you guilty of contempt of court and i sentence you to 7 days in prison'' as she turned to leave i asked her 'is that civil or criminal contempt'!!..........she ignored me and off to saughton prison i went. I got out on friday there (1st July 2016)

Now people, i will do this again and again, and am prepared to take ANY consequences, but i need support and real intelligent guidance, can you help me please?? (im in The Edinburgh area)

-One thing to note is she never said anything about me having to return for the speeding case, no date, nada. Did i win at least that, time will tell.

I think this sort of freeman/sovcit behavior is no longer their version of legal advice. Rather it has become their subculture's brand of protest. There is no use in mounting the sort of protest without making it public in the subculture by recounting it on freeman/sovcit forum.

His name was on the Land Registry for a house, but his girlfriend had put in all the equity. There was a hearing on 21 January 2016, presumably to ask him why he wasn't paying his CCJs, but he didn't go.

Since then, bailiffs have chased him (including £160 for poor parking) and he lost his girlfriend. Perhaps she was unhappy about the charging order on her house, although she was also being chased for overpaid tax credits.

Anyhow, he had a committal order for missing the January hearing and another on 23 June, suspended provided he goes to another hearing on 4 August.

Tiggy convinces him that, yes, he should go along. He is determined that he won't pay. He doesn't claim that he can't pay, but that he won't pay.

This appears to be linked to a chap called Tony Farrell, formerly an intelligence analyst with South Yorks Police.

I don't think she meant the order to attend Court, she was talking about the CCJ and it's the Enforcement of the CCJ that matters (ie a CCJ without enforcement means very little). You can't go to prison for none payment of a CCJ, only if you don't turn up when ordered to disclose your financial situation, that's contempt of court.

I think what's she's trying to say is forget the CCJ for now, she's virtually begging him to attend Court and disclose his finances to avoid prison. She even gave him the Civil Procedure Rule on failure to attend, mind you she did that back in December/ January and again in March.

I remember reading that David Shayler, the former intelligence agent, turned whistleblower, turned prisoner, got involved with the truth movement and wound up declaring himself to be the Messiah too. Of course this guy isn't alone in being Christ, a lot of people over the years have famously declared themselves to be the son of God.
