My favorite part of the address is the "DO I QALIFY" button on the taskbar at the top of the web page.

Dear Lee,
I appear to have written a promissory note for a not inconsiderable sum, which is now in the hands of a lunatic con man. I need the help of your service to ensure that I am not held liable for this note. I enclose a cheque for your services.

BEAT THE BAILIFF ACHIEVEMENTS

NUMBER OF CLIENTS 895

DEBT CLEARED £125 K
CASES CLOSED 636
SUCCESSFUL 100 %
£125,000 debt cleared across 636 successful cases. Average debt per case £196.54.

Averages being what they are, a significant portion of the 636 successful cases must have been lower than £196 and another portion would've been higher. The higher ones involving mortgages, vehicles and boats would be in the £5,000-50,000 range. So for an average of £196, there must have been a lot of cases involving much less.

Sorry, doesn't pass the smell test. Why would people pay £99 on an attempt to evade a debt for around the same amount? If that didn't happen, how could the average be so low?

Or the simple answer, most don't work and are closed with no debt relief but maybe more interest, and the loss of another 99 quid. If you say over 90% fail, that brings the average up a bit.
