I do hope he carries on with the common law court crap. These's nothing then pisses of a judge more than somebody who thinks the law doesn't apply to them.

Hopefully someone will take a stroll down to St James Street today and let us know what went on.

or has my colleague been putting things in my tea again ?

You're not wrong - every time he moves the camera has a hissy fit on the autofocus.

All you have to do is listen to him to realize what an utter and colossal prat he is.

300 hours community service order and bound over to keep the Queens Peace for a year.

He is’nee happy.

Nine supporters and two dogs.

Rob’s shirt and tie are playing havoc with my vertical hold.....

When you think about it it’s the ultimate insult, he’s not even worth locking up :snicker:

Couldn’t get arrested that one. Why do I get the impression, paid or otherwise that Rab and work are relative strangers. Unless he sends his legal fiction ooot every morning to toil in the haggis mines of Paisley whilst he, the flesh and blood man relaxes with a bottle of Bucky and a copy of the Racing Post.

John Smith seems to have escaped the consequences on this one and a teensy bit of me thinks he may have chucked Rab under the bus to save his own miserable neck. Probably though Smith played by the rules in court and Rab, well, he didnae.

Still, our April Sproul is going to appeal, see if he doesn’t.

So fear not, more wegie entertainment to come.

I wonder if HHJ Smith J will be commenting or has the divorce been finalised?

Oof! That's the maximum CSO length allowed. (For comparison a Dundee man found guilty of housebreaking was given 200 hours). Failure to complete it will mean jail. I can't see him doing it!

I'm not sure of his employment status, but you are allowed to put community payback work on your Universal Credit timesheet. :snicker:

Yes, does this layabout actually do anything other than take up space and oxygen?

To be a tad sympathetic to Rob, even if he wanted to work, I'm not sure what he'd be actually capable of.

I think we can safely rule out the legal profession.
Is it SteveUK or STEVE: of UK?????

I think we can safely add public speaking and the hospitality industry to that list as well.

I just had a listen through his Youtube. Highlights are (1) this is a win because he's still out on the streets, (2) he's going to appeal to a higher court in "Embra" (not sure why he needs appeal if this a win...), (3) he's proud of the people who turned up to support him, but also in his own words ..

Oor Rab has been busy recently, walking the streets of Glasgow with a loudhailer, to what appears to be universal indifference. He's also continuing his quixotic engagement with the court system, dressed as a Bridget Riley painting.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY80GZ ... S7an-HPkZg

At the start of the 18/5 video a couple of things to note. There's the van in the background plastered with 'Take Back Control' - I can't work out if that's the Sproulmobile. Also he refers briefly to trouble from 'another group', so I wonder if the split with HHJ Smith has turned nasty?

His latest appeal against conviction to the "so called sheriffs" has been denied

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1jwLrg ... A79riq-WBU

Glossa, Dog language, ALL CAPITAL LETTERS

The arguments advanced by the appellant is meaningless.. He takes that to translate "Thereby they can not deal with a man"...

Total gibberish........ and he is called out..

PAPER TERRORISM apparently... ! ? !

Favourite quote : "They can only deal with the dead, not the living.. FACT !"

Oh, so it must be true...

This seems like an appropriate time for the application of poot logic:
  • Courts can only deal with the dead, not the living.
  • Courts have dealt with Rab C Sproul.
  • Therefore, Rab C Sproul is dead.

They only dealt with him because they are corrupt. It has nothing to do with him being a thick, ignorant, delusional nutcase. :haha:
