Although it is passed over very quickly the charge seems to be of threatening communications or simillar, (start at 4 minutes) and also 'not giving his details' although god knows every policeman in his town must know him by now. Beyond that there is not much to it, it'll be September before it reaches court, but he is bailed to stay physically away from the Glasgow court buildins and some offices and to contact no one there except in relation to this case.

He has a brief moan about some fmotl gurus charging money to 'help' people, his useless help is always free, if you do not count the inevitable cost of following any advice he may give.

This remark reflects more negatively on the maker rather than the target.
Although Mr Sproul is as mad as a mad thing, completely wrong headed, and doomed to perpetual failure, he does seem sincere, and dedicated in his beliefs, however misguided.
If he had not been infected with the woo, he may well have been a sensible member of society, and also capable of dealing with the matter of his sister's child in a rational manner.

I can’t agree that Robert should be off limits for a gentle bit of ridicule. There’s a mad Celtic gleam in Rab C’s eye. He has a little mantra which he spits out at regular intervals, something about full commercial oath and penalty of perjury. He’s saying all the right freeman words, just not necessarily in the right order.

If it hadn’t been a recycled Scottish mish-mash of US Sov Cit foolishness it’d be some obscure political theory or he’d be in a religious cult. He oozes anti establishment attitude and his rhetoric reinforces this.

It’s his very sincerity in the power of his failed theories coupled with his regular and entirely predictable run-ins with McPlod which renders him fair game for a bit of lampooning.

I personally find I can't ridicule him much, because his accent makes his statements (arguments?) difficult to follow & this would be the case even if he were talking sense.

When the mockery is harsh or personalised, I agree. But I don't think either line was crossed by ND. "Poor bunny" is appropriate sarcasm for a spiteful troublemaker who's complaining about the consequences of his own behaviour. And anyway, you smell of poo....

it is really disappointing fact when people come to a court case on the 30/7/2018 see crimes being committed against a living man in an administrative hearing for a fiction known as person people see this in front of their own eyes see whats happening I myself asks for assistance from the people that were in the court that day to do affidavits of truths to verify crimes in a public building guess what happens nothing two people on utube replied I responded by giving email to contact myself guess what nothing no wonder people loose sons and daughters no wonder people loose homes no wonder people loose every thing because because the biggest majority of people sit back and let this happen because they are cowards and as long as it doesn't happen at heir doors who cares well at least I the living man robert can hold my head high because im out there taking them on and I will not back down because I know I am a man and not a sheep learned a lesson know I know where I stand on my own thanks for nothing

I'm losing track... was this case something to do with the Common Law Play Court and child protection or something else entirely? Being in possession of a ridiculous woolly hat or murder of the English language perhaps.
