Not just 'urgant' but thieves are 'ram sacking'.

I had a word with a local farmer (not really, just made it up) and he said that he would definitely sack his ram if he wasn't tupping his ewes enough.

In fact he would sack him so much, he would be on a plate with some mint sauce next Sunday.

I think those rams need a chat with an employment law specialist.

They've left it to the last minute - the auction sale is tomorrow (Lot 109)

£450,000 seems a very reasonable starting price, I wouldn't be shocked if it sold for nearer to £1m. (Assuming that the auction isn't interrupted by some kind of internet-lawyer hero).

- full vacant possession by order of the Trustees in Bankruptcy

That mob are stupid enough to try to disrupt the sale, they'll make it a 'toxic property' in the end that no one will want and eventually it'll go for peanuts like Crawford Castle.

Instead of walking away with a possible £500k, The Jacksons will be misguided enough to encourage the auction to be disrupted and end up even more out of pocket and renting for the rest of their lives!

I don't think it will make one million. I know Stotfold very well. (Don't ask me how) Stotfold is one of those unusual places in that it has a postal address in one county when in fact it is located in an adjacent county. It is actually in Bedfordshire. Once you get over the border from Hertfordshire into Bedfordshire values tend to drop.

Ram Sacking is a rodeo event in New Zealand. Each contestant must hogtie a full grown horned sheep, stuff it into a canvas bag, and hang it on a pole.

Sounds a bit like the Fearn Chase non auction.

Idiot disruption at the sale? Or was it an online auction? Can't remember?

An online auction would be a good option to take to prevent the idiots disrupting the proceedings (as we have seen before).

I wonder if it may now be sold for less than it would have achieved at a public auction?

No doubt they thought they would be disruption at the auction so pulled it, they'll probably advertise for private offers and someone will get it for half the actual market value, leaving the Jacksons with nothing.

Another stunning victory under the advice of the Crawford Clan and associated idiots!!!!1!!!!!

Absolutely mad, isn't it? It's obviously hard to lose your home, but the only rational thing to do is to assist sale for the highest possible price. Because once the debtors have taken their slice, everything above that is your money.

The Jacksons could walk away with £300k if the sale goes well, enough to buy a decent little house and enjoy some peace in their late years. If they sabotage and disrupt the sale, cause trouble at the house, they could easily knock £100k off their own residual payout.

A sane person would look at Tom Crawford and say "I'm not going to make that mistake and destroy my entire equity by petulant obstruction tactics". Bob Jackson apparently calls Tom and asks for advice on how to do it. A measure of how unthinking and belligerent he is, that he will squander everything he has made in a lifetime rather than accept that a court has heard the evidence and held him liable for £30,000. Utter folly.

Yes, I think that sadly you are right. And although Bob Jackson wants to copy Tom Crawfraud and destroy his own family assets in a fit of hubris, there are hopefully many others who have seen these cases and drawn more sensible conclusions. In that sense, Crawfraud & Jackson are providing education to others.

It they continue on this path of success after success, and end up with a trail of homless people, I doubt it will click with the audience they play too. It will just serve as evidence of the great conspiracy these banks, courts, and police are perpetrating, in order to steal people homes. Because at the end of the day, everyone is corrupt, on the take, and after everything you have.

Just watched the first ten seconds of the Tom Crawford opening speech from the meeting on the 22/05/2016 and had to switch it off laughing. I quote " it's mind control and it's been going on since recorded history. Only they didn't record it ". I'm not sure if he intended it as a stand up routine but it comes across like one

Wow. Having listened to the whole of TC's opening speech he proves himself nothing more than a liar, claiming that he bailiffs and police on the day of his eviction actually threatened his wife to have their dog put down, an eviction by the way that was probably filmed in its entirety by evidence gathering teams who were clearly in attendance. He is a cold, stoney faced liar who spreads his disinformation to gather sympathy and support. Any smattering of sympathy I felt for him and his predicament has just evaporated. You reap what you sow TC and when all your lies become public knowledge your will fade back onto obscurity. He is an absolute disgrace

I'm sure that I read on here way back that when police and bailiffs arrived they were very upset at the appalling bad condition of the dog. If they did threaten to have the dog put down, it would have been to put the poor animal out of its misery.
