When a property is auctioned the auction normally includes everything that was left in the property at the time of the sale. While the attempts to auction the bungalow were frustrated it was sold by auctioneers and I doubt they would have changed these terms. I would suspect that when Tom was evicted ALL of the items he had that could be moved, was removed on the back of the big truck. It is unlikely that anything was left, but if it was Tom and Sue had both the time and the means to raise concerns with the banks representatives to have it returned to them.

I would suggest that what they call their 'property' in this video is most likely to be fixtures and fittings. Like old Kitchen Cabinets, Doors, Bathroom fixtures. Tom and Sue would view anything that goes into the skip as having been 'their' property. It is not. It was part of the building that was repossessed and the ownership was transferred to the new owner after the sale.

Clearly the new owner does not view the missing property as being anything of value since it is being discarded into a skip.

Hypothetically speaking, if I knew I was likely to be evicted from my home, I would make sure to remove all my personal stuff.
Likewise were I ever to buy the flat I live in now, the kitchen and bathroom would be gutted and redone mostly from scratch.

Tom and Sue didn't know they would be evicted, they won every case and the warrant was a dead duck.

When they were evicted it was the work of UKAR to inventory and remove their belongings. I would wager given how litigious and difficult the Crawfords had been, they were very thorough in doing this, I would doubt that anything was left in the Crawfords that was not securely attached to the walls or would otherwise have been difficult to remove.

Have you forgotten Betty - we certainly heard about her. And Sue's mothers clothes/belongings that she was supposed to wear for her funeral IIRC.

I thought Betty had entered witness protection and relocated to see out her days in Key West. That or a fox.

As for Sue's mothers stuff, I think the issue was it was in storage and they couldn't get to it which was unfortunate timing though not likely to be intentional. That they haven't strongly played the property card shows that it's not their main concern. Which is probably getting back into the bungalow they didn't pay for.

Really pleased with the situation that I now find myself in, it’s taken a lot of effort but I have now got my day in the criminal court, on Thursth 14th of July in the magistrates court which will be just for a directions hearing, and I hope to progress this into the Crown Court, I’ve known for a couple of weeks now but now is the time for me to let you all know.

In this video there are dates for meetings, the first one is 16th July at 1pm by the group called the free thinkers Nottingham, and that’s taking place at the navigation inn looks promising to be a good meeting wish I could go.

Another meeting taking place on the same day 16 July starting at 11.30am, this is a private meeting for those that’s been evicted only.

And finally for this month the last meeting is to take place on the 31st of July in Nottingham, and has been called by the British constitution group and this is the message to all those that active in trying to make this country a better place.

I will make a prediction! 1. They were a special jury brought in who specialise in gate keeper tactics. 2. The judge was also a gate keeper again brought in just to stop Tom. 3. Judge stopped me from providing evidence to the jury that a fee must be paid, again he repeatedly said it was not relevant to the case in front of him, the case of a deluded old fool.

Then presumably the Crawford idiots will have made all sorts of claims in writing, they'll have handed each defendant grounds for defamation, they'll be back in Court on the receiving end of even more claims.

Plus, they'll have been stupid enough to put their current address on paperwork so B&B will be able to chase them for the £90k costs they already owe.

Possibly, was speculating from his video when he said 'I've got something legal on the go', I took it as he had started a criminal prosecution, but you could be right!
