If it had been a group of fairly built men you know he wouldn't have gone near. Shown his true colours. Harassing some young women packing away after probably a long day of work (I doubt Tony has done many of those), this was probably the last thing they wanted.

What's worse is there are people defending this in the comments.

You need to be a lot more honest and forthcoming with people to your past. Yes everyone has one. But when it involves dealing Class A drugs and arson then it will help people understand exactly why social services are involved in your and your kids lives. It's not down to you being a truther. Also way to go with this challenge. Youve probably ensured another long spell without your kids. You're a f**king disgrace pal.

For those who don't want to waste 18 minutes of their life, basically he got a letter from Halton Borough Council telling him to knock it off with his harassment and cough up his council tax arrears (which are significant).
He also expresses surprise that people may not want to be filmed and believes he doesn't need their consent to do so, ever. However as this filming took place in a council building (private land), he is very mistaken. Even on public land it's generally a good idea to get consent even though it's not expressly required.

He launches into his usual diatribe against social services, apparently they are unwilling to cough up a form for a psych evaluation and are child stealers etc. And council tax funds wars, liars, thieves etc.

Keeping those kids away from him seems the best course of action at the moment.

He's an A grade moron who doesn't know when to quit.

He posted a video earlier of nearly a half hour in length. Haven't watched it all since he's the rambling type and I've got better things to do with my time.
It seems he was arrested for harassing a council street warden who was merely trying to enforce the local littering byelaws and posting it online. He's currently on a 6 month bail term, a condition is staying away from and not contacting said street warden.
There was also an incident where he was walking through town with a megaphone talking bollocks about Jews and council tax, this resulted in some concerned citizens contacting the Police who caught up with him for a nice chat basically telling him to knock that shit off.
And the Police busted into his property without provocation and stole £16K off him. Allegedly.
He also got a letter from Widnes Constabulary warning him not to film or harass officers at his local police station or he may find himself in hot water...again.
There might've been other shit he's got himself into but like I said I only skimmed the video.

Oh and he fathered another child.
