I read the Facebook Group page for Glossip, having subscribed because sometimes you catch a bit of Rheka on it. One story we're not talking about here but is a big issue is the NHS is considering closing the Shire Hill Hospital. I dunno much about it and I'm not gonna say much, but in one of their posters, they use as the main graphic an image of Uncle Sam, which I find ironic. Its kind of like if we in the colonies were trying to save a hospital and using pictures of George III or John Bull.

As I suspect most Americans wouldn't recognize who George III or John Bull actually were, I was wondering, does the average Brit know that Uncle Sam is a symbol of American independence and while I can't find any reference to him in the Revolution it was definitely an image used during the war of 1812, the last time we were at actual war with Britain.

Feeling so much gratitude enough to bring a tear, got whitewashed at court on friday, but I accept and I am grateful to see what a farcical hearing I went for, in front of a guy who called himself judge bird, so tempting to put something extra after his name but I will remain grown up
Yet another judge who is not an expert in the subject matter in front of him, unfortunately the courts do not tell you who, you are in front of before the day, it appears it is designed that way, mr bird, is not an expert in property law but if i have the right birdie he is an expert in immigration and asylum, the filth bag daniel the greedy and misleading man who calls himself a barrister tried to tell this bird that the limit for a county court for charging order is 5K is where it begins, I can't remember if i called him thick or not but asked if he knew what the definition of a limit is as he was trying to make out that that is where it starts, you will find that word daniel son is a minimum, don't dare question a mathematician on limits!!! My land lord was amazing with the level of knowledge of the law that at times it was hard for me to keep up, however birdbrain didn't appear to have a clue he just nodded and pretended to understand, daniel son didn't rebut anything my landlord said, so my land lord walked out, it was so obvious it was rigged, i walked out, after mr bird acknowledged that the original order for sale was VOID as the court had no jurisdiction and they should not have made it, but did not see the point of setting it aside, I told birdi about the fraud but he did not give a birdsh*t. The judge who did the order for sale i believe to be a nice lady from what i hear, but she is an expert in clinical negligence, she would have had a barrister like daniel or daniel to mislead her into making an obscene judgement, from the paperwork it appears they made out that i didn't pay a mortgage, misrepresenting the facts, Frances did not make a statement or have any proof of her expenses which she allegedly paid out, i told bird that the court records clearly show i owe nothing in costs, he said but there is an order, i said, where is the proof why is not on record, where is the evidence of a detailed costs assessment, I've not seen one shred of evidence, he didn't care... i told daniel that he is driven by greed and i told both of them they should be ashamed of themselves as i packed my bag and left whilst they were still doing their charade; I also went to a homeless charity last week who straight away printed a copy of the title deed, my land lord is still the Registered Proprietor with title absolute, the charity were amazed, and had never heard of such a thing. FB and the derbyshire police and HCE group were acting unlawfully!!!! FB has made out she is the victim and has put in yet another claim from what daniel implied he said there was a hearing on the 10th, a victim of her own doing, sister, the more you and your paid friends throw the stronger i become, for that i am grateful x The divine Creator is amazing and I feel the power of divine love and know divine light, truth and compassion will shatter any color of perceived, authority and untruth, we don't need much when we stand in truth.

What I got out of it is that Rekha is finding that the justices she has met have no understanding or experience with property law and these are the justices that she ends up with. Its a pity that there is such a shortage of experienced magistrates that can deal correctly with Rekha's filings, but she is just going to have to accept her misfortune in life. After all, there must be thousands of Brits every year with real estate litigation that are experiencing the same miscarriages of justice, yet they seem to be able to either prevail in their case or accept the ruling against them.

No idea but it was Civil Court, the obstruction thing is Criminal charge so either Magistrate or Crown Court.
Observer - it would never be a Magistrate in a civil matter, the nearest they get to civil matters is Family law stuff.

I find it incredible that the author of the quote above is a school teacher. I would be the first to admit that my grammar is nowhere near perfect but, FFS. I would wager one of her pupils could have made a better job of writing it.

Surely a mathematician would be aware that there are such things as upper and lower limits, which set the boundaries for the range of possible values of a variable? And a reasonably intelligent person might be aware that just because the jargon of one profession attaches a particular meaning to a word everyday speech or another profession might use it in a different way? Or does Rekha wish to argue that “the speed limit on this road is 30 miles an hour” means “when driving on this road you must at all times exceed 30 miles per hour”?

I do hope she’s never taught English or any subject requiring writing essays. Her punctuation, grammar and ability to put across a coherent message are all dreadful.

Oh dear it seems the whole world is against her - the Judges, the Police, HCE Group, the barrister, the neighbour - even the homeless charity can't help her.
The way I interpret it is that Wrecka and her Landlord Peter McDowell have brought a case to the wrong court - Manchester County Court. They must have been asking to set aside the original High Court Judgement, but any changes to that must be heard in the Chancery Court, not a county court where the lower limit is £5,000 and upper limit is somewhere south of the £90k+ she owes.
