Can you be more specific and more up to date than Nov 2009 or this gets locked.

Rumps asked for proof but thread was locked before I'd replied with this. The thread was about times before ANPR and this is more recent so posted it up. I met someone claiming he got away with it, just wondered if anyone else knew anything, but all looks typical FMOTL scam to me.

Where in that link does it say he deliberately bounced the cheque he used to pay for the tax?

FMOTL scam with the evidence, these fraudsters cost us thousands with their tricks.

To be honest, I'd rather pay my bloody tax than go through all that crap anyway.
