They can imply that the moon is made of green cheese, doesn't make it so. That's what you get for buying those knock off dictionaries.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Does that also mean that it governs alien species on extraterrestrial planets, like other Universal laws?

That also means in one or many of the other parallel universes- Tom paid his mortgage, Mark Haning was an astute businessman and Guy Taylor really did live out his life in a mansion!

It's on Youtube so it must be correct. From Goofy ..
mariorecipient wrote:According to my studies and understanding, the UCC not only is international, existing even before USA was born, but is above the 'roman' law, which is the one used in the courts. If you go to a court claiming you're a fictuos strawman, the judge bows down and gets out the courtroom, recognizing you as a sovereign person. From that moment on, the UCC is the only code it can be used (which is the base of the Admiral Law, the same UK has always used on the sea), you have to declare that the captain (the judge) has abandoned the ship (which is the courtroom) and that you are the highest authority in that room considering the case dismissed without prejudice. It's not fiction (or, well, it is), you can find videos on that on youtube.

Further down US law makes it's inevitable appearance in the form of references to UCC this and UCC that. (Although in fact I don't believe UCC is actually law even in the US, isn't it more like a directive that each state should enact in their own laws?)
From the Widepedia article at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Commercial_Code

"The UCC is the longest and most elaborate of the uniform acts. The Code has been a long-term, joint project of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) and the American Law Institute (ALI),[1] who began drafting its first version in 1942."

It is not a federal law, but it is more that a guideline. All 50 states, Washington D.C. and the territories have passed it, with some minor changes. In US state courts, you can probably rely on the principles of the UCC. IANAL, but I doubt that you can quote UCC section xxx in court. You would have to cite the specific state law and its section, appropriate for the state you are in.

While I was still picking up copies of the Chicago Reader, I know there was a regular feature in "News of the Weird" that covered criminals with a middle name of "Wayne". Been a while, though.

You could buy an up-to-date text of the full UCC from the bookstore associated with a law school for about $60 (issued every year or every two years to accommodate amendments).

Some (many) Sovtards think that the UCC regulates criminal/tax/traffic/federal court cases (it does not). Some Sovtards in Canada have cited the UCC in Canadian courts and are surprised (oh yes) when told that the UCC doesn't get any traction north of the line.
