For those new to the party, this is the company that Crabbie tried to transfer his assets to whilst naming his dead wife as a company director. I guess this little scheme didn't work.

Not really a Crab update as such.
His once busy Facebook group had been rudderless for a while, no active admins so no traffic.
For amusement I'm in a lot of these groups and also admin in some spoof and piss take groups targetted at the idiots.

Zuck has recently introduced a feature whereby he contacts members of dead groups and asks you to become the admin.

I got offered a couple including PLD Australia and some Expose the corruption group.

One of my fellow piss takers got the Holy Grail though, Crabbies Council Tax & many more gov.acts are Unlawful - Let's fight back Group.

The Holy Grail. The swamp has been cleaned and me and a few like minded folk including Longdog of this Parish now run his group of 5k members.

Were you a member in the Crab days and booted? Let me know and you'll be restored.

If everyone stopped paying it, or at least a majority of people, there'd be absolutely nothing they could do.
I did it for over 3 years just to see what would happen. Basically, bullying and threats is all they've got. If Baylifs come round, just ignore them. They can't do anything unless you engage with them.
I had to start paying, or should i say i chose to pay again in the end because i own my own property. I paid under duress.
People moan about the traitorous Gov and local Councils, but they do nothing about it.

A brief update on Crabbie. Absent from the Socials for a while he's been spotted on a TikTok of an attempted car repo.
The area is easily identifiable as his parish of The Isle Of Sheppey.

Back on Facebook, looks like he's reactivated his previous profile. Mostly about disrupting evictions, but also about a claim against the Police...

Anyone like to guess (a) is he actually trying to raise claim against the police? (b)if "yes" what's happened to it? He was claiming a hearing on 15th April, but now gone quiet about it. Couple of days before he posted ..

Over 5 years later I finally get a first hearing concerning my claim on Monday after Kent police trespassed and seriously assaulted me. This case is in the public interest. The picture is the moment when I was tasered for the 2nd time.
It’s just a CCMC (costs and case management conference) scheduled for 90 minutes at Canterbury County court. I have 2 applications to be heard on the day, one for a trial by jury (it should be a 4 day trial when I get a trial date) and one to strike out part of the defendants defence. Both applications will be opposed by the defendant.
I won’t say too much more at the moment, I don’t want to go against CPR and risk getting the case struck out. I’ll update after the hearing with what I can make public.

as suggestive that he may be attempting to bring a private prosecution? IANAL, but I don't think public interest is a consideration in civil cases. Though obviously county court and CPR don't apply to a PP, so perhaps he's just barking up completely the wrong tree.

In his world all his affairs are of ground breaking public interest, so I don't read much into that comment. Remember he thought being acquitted set some sort of precedent.
