As annotated by a smart ass yank...

letissier14 wrote:About the Movement (Party) Constitution

Constitution of England, Take Back Control (Movement, Party)

commonly known hereafter as the obstinate dumbass party

Primary Objective – Take Back Control.

Of what? Childish impulse? Bladder Control? give us a hint, man

The Rule of Law, Common Law – No Loss, No Harm, No Injury.

We don't think we should be responsible unless someone gets hurt

Peacefully take back our Country (candidate – resides) England, Scotland, Wales, NI via the Ballot Box, Press the Reset Button.
Honour our Oath set out below.
Deploy non – politicians in constituencies that agree with our constitution.
Once ALL of our objectives and commitments are complete ensure that all FOUR Nations have full autonomy under their own Parliaments and a solemn bond of nationhood, freedom and liberty is created in the spirit of Peace, Brotherhood and in perpetuity, as per the Magna Carta 1215, the Declaration of Rights and the Bill of Rights 1688/9.

This is just some random nonsense we strung together that sounded good in the pub last Friday

Secondary Objectives – Re–establish the foundation of the English Constitution.

Vote in Parliament – Authorise an expedient inquiry into perjury of oath by those previously elected and those not elected but have sworn oaths, purpose to prosecute Treason.

Star Chambers, they're coming back!

Vote in parliament – Outlaw treasonous organisations and any affiliated groups.
The Fabian Society
The Muslim Brotherhood
Chatham House
Common Purpose
Additional seditious and or pernicious groups does this include groups like the Spice Girls?

Begin the proceedings of Treason against the English Constitution, by those identified at SO1.

Did I mention Star Chambers?

Third objective – implement what we were sworn by oath and elected to do.

Fully implement the Six Star Movement

Vote for a referendum on the Hong Kong Tax System (AKA the Addington Act 1803-1909 extracts of)
A referendum on the abolition of a Central Bank and implementation of the Currency and Notes Act 1914 (AKA the Bradbury Pound).

That's just self contradicting. The Bradbury Pound was England's first fiat currency and as such required a central bank. These twits don't know much about banking and money, obviously.

Deploy Direct Democracy to allow subjects to propose policies and to have those policies implemented.

We call it Mob Rule

Chairman – David Russell (Sargent at Arms, AKA party whip)

Party Secretary – Stephan Lang

The Leader – Graham Moore

Local campaigns, candidates are chosen locally and must have a reasonable knowledge of our constitutional rights so that they will never allow those rights to be infringed by any proposed statute. Final approval of candidates is via the Leader as nominator.

Umm, The Leader is demonstrably short of the reasonable knowledge part of this

Elections will take place for Leader, Chairman and Secretary once the objectives are fully complete.

Until then, we're in charge

All three swear an oath intended to uphold our Constitution and implement taking back control for the People, Liberty, Freedom and Rights of the individual as God intended,

Amen

We had to say we may ask, but really, we won't

England, Take Back Control (Party) has been formed to take back control for the people; once the three objectives have been attained the party will be dissolved within 5 years of completion. Oh great, they're Real Estate investors

1. It would be better for England if our politicians weren’t career politicians with no business skills, no job creation skills, no life experience. It would be better if those who stand for election had work and life experience of those you seek to represent. The primary goal of any politicians should be the interests of the People, not a party, not self interest. We should adopt a system where politicians get paid not by salary but on results and the quality of life of the people improving. If they fail us, we don’t pay them the bonuses. Lets see how many would step up to the plate, things would soon change for the better.

First rule of politicians who used to be in business, if you make a rule, they're better than most at finding a way around it

All MPs and Lords should pass a test on UK constitutional law. If they fail they cannot be selected.

This pretty much eliminates the entire movement

2. England must NEVER be split into regions, ever.

Aside from the Britain consists of England, Wales and Scotland, I can't remember anyone wanting to

3. Proportional representation, preferably MMP (Mixed Member Proportional).

• It is the fairest system in the world, you win by votes not by area.

4. The monetary system that exists today is a fraud on the people, money creation must be created by the government and the people not private banks. The fractional reserve system (current banking system) is a major fraud on the working people of this Country.

So, what you propose is that we go back to a system that pretty much assures all capital will eventually accumulate at the top and that wealth creation from value added activity is not spread out by monetary policy but instead distributed entirely to the existing capital pool.

• Value and Wealth are distinct from each other.

See my point above, you may figure out how this statement is diametrically opposed to your last statement.
Is your nickname "Thick Grammy" by any chance?

Value is our sweat, blood and tears. It is a fair society for all, infrastructure, industry, education, health system (NHS), care for the elderly, care for disabled, care for veterans.
Wealth is creating an environment for jobs, environmental sustainability, opportunity
Policing by consent means politics stays out of policingBradbury pound. I have called it Public Sector Pound (PSP). It has nothing to do with the outside world, it is English money for those who live and work in England. The Currency and Notes Act 1914.

So any foreign profits go directly back overseas. Isolationism, an idea whose time has come back!

5. A tax system that works and is proven to work that is proportional and progressive to a max of 17% or optional flat rate. Simplified English tax system, whereas our current system is 11500 pages and rising. This system is NOT taken at source but donated.

11,500 pages? For phucks sake mate, thats not even the footnotes to the footnotes of the US Tax Code.
And let's be clear,90% of it doesn't apply to 90% of the people, and 90% of the rest doesn't apply to 90% of those left. You just don't want to pay your taxes for all those benefits you demanded be fully funded in the last paragraph.

6. The bill of rights 1688/9 must be honoured as well as the other 14 constitutional treaties and Common Law for the UK and a completely independent English Parliament. We need the constitutional laws maintained and respected.

Well, as we define it, and excepting all the laws we don't like and will ignore or remove

The protection of children; abuse of children must be the “ultimate crime”.
This is real courageous position, you'll have trouble defending that!
An allegiance to England no matter what a persons colour, religion, atheism or sexuality.
Politics cannot be part of any religion and religion can play no part in politics.
Besides that whole "Church of England thing. I think you people have had your fill of fighting about religion for the last and next 1,000 years, so why don't you just leave this one as it is
Justice cannot be part of any religion and must be struck out.
Like it or not, the entire concept of justice is an outgrowth of religion
War and violence must not be encouraged by “any” religion.
No religion may subvert or attempt to subvert human rights, women’s rights, children’s rights and animal rights.
No form of political correctness should subvert free speech.
No form of political or religious subversion may take place in educational establishments (pre, infants, primary, secondary, college, training or University).
You know, this means that your entire clergy is gonna be a bunch of dirty foreigners, right?

I'm sorry, and I'm not a scholar in Magna Carta, but I'm pretty sure one of it's central tenets is that any blubbering idiot can be a lord if he has the right father. Do these dipsticks want the MC or not?

You've not heard of the Yorkshire Party?
http://www.yorkshireparty.org.uk/2017_manifesto

More seriously, Regional Assemblies have been mooted a number of times over the years. They tend to wind up Brexiteers because they imagine they are part of a nefarious EU scheme of some sort. That, I suspect is where this demand comes from.

The departed John Harris
Committed suicide, according to this: https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/John_Harris

Not sure how Moore thinks he's going to find a conspiracy in that. Let the poor guy's family alone.

A quick Google comes up with a defunct GoFundMe thingy in Graham's name called 'Judicial Review to reclassify Islam as a Genocidal and Political Ideology'.

GoFundMe's T&Cs forbid:
the promotion of hate, violence, harassment, discrimination, terrorism, or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender or gender identity, or serious disabilities or diseases
and with a smirk this might be relevant too:
content or campaigns that are fraudulent, misleading, inaccurate, dishonest, impossible or imitating any other person or fundraising campaign
