"Common Law Jurisdiction" - the new George Tsigardes?

It was always going to be hard be filling George's boots. His flurry of bonkers FOI requests providing much entertainment.
So step upto the plate mr "Common Law Jurisdiction". A whopping 106 made requests so far this year.
Unfortunately, theres no WeRe bank/finance angle to him. He's obsessed with common law and things being stuck up peoples bums. Yes, you read that right.
