If this person flips towards specialist professional advice at this point they may come out of it relatively intact, if they flip towards the utterly useless PLD they are doomed, doomed I say!
This could be a case where the point it all went wrong is effectivly now, instead of the more usual 'some time ago'.

I suspect he’s already crossed the “pld event horizon” to coin a galactic phrase.
The density of the pld movement creates a boundary that once crossed , truth fact and logic can never escape.

I think they issue the claim through the TEC (Traffic Enforcement Centre) of the County Court, which doesn't get recorded as a CCJ so doesn't result in a CCJ on your credit file.hucknallred wrote:It's a private parking charge, which are generally easily seen off unlike council ones. Until 2012 the advice was to ignore them. The The Protection Of Freedoms Act came in (POFA), this banned clamping on private land, but gave PPC's the power to pursue the registered keeper, provided the Notice to keeper is compliant with POFA. Excel don't bother doing this though.SteveUK wrote:Numpty Ant is baffled as to why the magna carta hasn't got him off his PCN.
Anyway, he may get away with it, they'd have to take it to small claims court, which is a lottery. Excel do take these to court, the worst that can happen is he'll ignore court papers & get a default CCJ, which Excel won't try to enforce with HCEO's. First he'll know about it is when he applies for a mobile contract, credit card or loan.
Also, the value would be too low for High Court Enforcement, who's limit I think is over £600.

No they don't, the TEC is for local authorities. Some of the larger PPC's like Excel use the Small Claims Court as part of their debt collection process. For a nominal filing fee (£35 I think) most punters roll over & pay up as soon as they see the claim form. Parking Eye do this on an industrial scale, around 1000 claims a week, Excel also do it. People do get get CCJ's from these scumbags. I'm with the PLDer on this, as in fighting them, but wouldn't use this nonsense process. In the face of a robust & sensible defence they usually drop proceedings.AndyPandy wrote:

They do lose in court quite often, but it is a lottery based on how the DJ interprets things.
Google NCP v Mayhook for a spectacular loss for a PPC.

I'm at a loss to work out how some people manage to turn a minor traffic or parking matter into a crisis. I passed my car driving test in 1982 and my HGV test in 1992 and in all that time I've clocked up two speeding fines, one parking ticket and an abuse of a buses only lane. Total cost under £300 which works out at less than £10 per year... Is that really worth getting wound up about? The expression 'Life's too short' exists for a reason.

's what happens when you buy your dictionaries at the remaindered desk, only one definition per and not necessarily the real one. My many apologies! For more entertainment, it seems that David's "lobby the bobby" campaign has come to a grinding halt.exiledscouser wrote:FFS Steve another perfectly good keyboard ruined.SteveUK wrote:I suspect he’s already crossed the “pld event horizon”.

Good old Sergeant Rafiq Khan has suddenly realised he's dealing with a bunch of cranks and shut them down. Sadly, DR doesn't publish Plods actual response, but no prizes for guessing the content.
The wins have been coming fast and furious this last week or so, its like Xmas coming early!Good morning constitutional protectors....
As you will be aware we took action to 'Lobby the Bobby' in Birmingham recently (28th November 2017) with regard to the incredible and disgusting corruption and demands being made against David Robotham.
Sadly yet predictably we received the same denial of the facts by the CORRUPT TRAITORS within Birmingham corporate policy enforcement station.
These so called police constables have no ethics, no honour and no conscience, they also have NO AUTHORITY NOR ANY TRUST FROM THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING.
We have attempted to reason with these diabolical traitors but they either ignore us and the truth, or spin the criminal government rhetoric.....BIRMINGHAM POLICE CONSTABULARY ARE SHAMELESS IN AIDING AND ABETTING HIGH TREASON, AIDING AND ABETTING GENOCIDE, TERRORISM, PAEDOPHILIA etc, etc, etc.
After the latest communication with 9420 Sergeant Rafiq Khan it is clear that they are happy to allow criminals to destroy Britian and dishonour our forefathers who died protecting this country from being taken over. I have sent further evidence to prove that Magna Carta 1215 is in effect but I doubt we will receive a reply......THERE IS NO REPLY TO EVIDENCED FACTS WITHOUT AGREEING TO THE FACTS......BLOODY TRAITORS EVERYWHERE!!
How many of you in this group care enough to help us defend our rights and freedoms?....we will have to take the law into our own hands at some point......think about it....action will need to be taken soon after the new year because these so called police constables are laughing at us with their psychotic imaginations......they make me sick!

I think I can assist with what Sgt Khan had to say, the response which set Dismal Dave off in a ranty caps-lock fuelled rage.
I can’t quite see how the good Sergeant is aiding and abetting treason, genocide, paedophilic activity or any of the other serious accusations levelled at him and the rest of his colleagues.
Nevertheless this is another trouncing of PLD beliefs. No wonder there were only 12 of them at the rather aimless looking meet.

Dear David,
Thank you for the email, and for the recorded delivery documents which you have provided me with. I have also balanced this with some research.
I note on page one, you have written, ‘The details between David and said business are however secondary....’ Despite this comment, I will say it appears this issue is principally between David and the courts, and I am unable to take any further action in this regards. Nor can I discuss this further as we move into the realms of data protection.

The second issue in relation to Article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215. While I have found it fascinating to research, it does not appear your arguments hold weight. The Magna Carta is a powerful and important foundation for our laws, but most of the actual content has been repealed.
Kind and warm regards,
Raf

It's obvious, he's NOT agreeing with them and following their revealed knowledge, therefore it is treasonous treason and stuffs, that and he basically told them they were full of it and to push off.
I mean really, what did they think the police would/could do about an ongoing court case?

You've obviously not been paying attention. Anybody who fails to enforce the law as defined by the rebels is by definition guilty of treason, genocide, paedophilia, walking on the cracks in the pavement and the murder of Rasputin (Russia's greatest love machine).exiledscouser wrote: I can’t quite see how the good Sergeant is aiding and abetting treason, genocide, paedophilic activity or any of the other serious accusations levelled at him and the rest of his colleagues.

One concern I have is PLD themselves. All they do is turn up in a pub and hand deliver a letter to a Police station. This lack of serious action on their behalf when they themselves claim to be fully aware of all the treason, genocide, paedophilia, walking on the cracks in the pavement and the murder of Rasputin, and yet seem to be doing next to nothing about it. Where is all the direct action? The prosecutions? The taking over courts? It is like it is a cover up for a pretend opposition, like they are involved in it themselves.
