Apparently one source said that one of the crimes they accused the mayor of was being disrespectful to Trump.

Thing is, if they're under the Magna Carta, they should be arresting the Lord Mayor, not the regular Mayor. That would have been cool, to see the ceremonial guard in full regalia beating pendragons with their ceremonial, but solid, weapons.

A lot of the articles I’ve read don’t mention that they’re sovcits/freemen choosing instead to go for the somewhat unjustified trump supporter label.

The funny/ironic bit of the whole thing is that the Dragons actually did get to make their big statement and spout their gibberish and make full on prats of themselves, and the ALL the credit goes to someone else. I think it is hilarious.
I will admit I wouldn't have known these clowns were involved at all from the articles I've read if I hadn't been following them the last year or so, and recognized their particular brand of nonsense, and even then it takes some careful reading to get the info out of the articles.

These are revolutionaries? I don't recall Lenin being so obsessed with T-Shirts and a stop at the pub after.

I disagree. From a UK perspective this has very little, if anything, to do with politics. Virtually everybody in the UK from the radical left to the one-nation Tories will be doing exactly the same thing while watching these antics... Shaking their head gently while muttering the word 'loonies'.Gregg wrote:This is getting awful close to things we try to avoid on the forum, as much as I am enjoying it, (and I am) please be careful with this topic. They ‘Arrested’ Kahn
What after wandering around the room reading off a script to the boo’s of the audience?
Could have fooled me Graham! I did see the mayor with a large smirk, didn’t see him being led away in handcuffs though!
It is a worrying development however, it’s leading to a much more violent development in the near future if you ask me.
One of the more vulnerable members may take it a bit too far, and end up seriously injuring someone, or themselves.
These group of halfwits need nipping the bud asap.

Graham "We're-not-in-it-for-the-money" Moore has been begging for money all year. He'll sell a few more T-shirts this week and his mate will do a few more white dragon tattoos, then he'll be taking back control of his begging again.

Politics, we approve of comedy like momma's biscuits*.
*After I wrote that it occurred to me that its one of those things that is not nearly as funny as it was in the original English, or American English and even more Southern American English. Biscuits, in the south especially, are the breakfast kind over here and not what we call cookies, a dessert treat. "Momma's Biscuits" as said by a Southern gentlemen, is almost something you'd have to take your hat off to talk about and all the others in the room would be nodding along....
So, anyway, it means here, "Oh Hell yes we like comedy" and if any British Subjects don't get it, that's understandable. But seriously, it's much funnier in the native English.

FWIW, this is how it's playing here in the colonies.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wor ... 72eb62c1b9These Trump supporters built a gallows and tried to arrest London’s mayor.
People laughed at them.

An ITV journalist spent 2 minutes trying to understand what the very Brexity "White Pendragons" who disrupted Sadiq Khan's speech stand for.
I still have no idea.
