I think Neelu potentially warrants her own category - the fruitcake award?

Fake court of the year: No competition whatsoever on this one. It has to be His Honour Justice John Smith's Common Law Play Court.

Conspicuous achievements this year include.

A new webshite which doesn't seem to work very well.

Numerous complaints that HHJ Smith takes money for worthless crap but fails to send said worthless crap.

Illegally making public the names of children involved in legal proceedings and folding like a cheap duvet when threatened by the supposedly powerless powers that be.

Police involvement after threatening children's services staff.

Criminal charges for HHJ Smith and Court Tipstaff Rab C Sproul after apparently attempting to influence judges with fake court documents... Trial pending.

Continuing failure of Play Court judgements to have any effect whatsoever beyond getting people into even worse trouble.

I'm hoping this will be the last year the CLPC will be eligible but we'll have to wait for the pending court case to see if the whole thing finally folds.

As this is entered under "United Kingdom" are entries geographically restricted? Or are the likes of Belanger, Randall Beane etc eligible? And what about Peter of England of Germany?

Closing date for nominations? December 31st?

I think it should be UK only, the whole world has too many candidates to judge fairly, and there is no lack of British Brainlessness.

Also it gives British nutters a better chance of actually winning something.

Whilst I somewhat sympathise, this poll is as democratic as a CLC Court hearing. I think Chief Rock even won the best hat award last year. Something else Tom lost.

Whilst I agree that this should be UK awards, some form of global recognition for Neelu is long overdue!

Neelu is long ago classified an InterGalactic Fruitcake.

We have to nominate Robert White for something, anything, its just not FotY without him.

Arguably the Best Eviction title belongs to him if only for the sheer volume of properties he's managed to lose. He may not yet have been given the heave-ho from his Sheerness redoubt but there's a few days left and he can always be an early contender for next year's crown.

Imagine the honour... Best Eviction two years running.

Agreed. What he lacks in knowledge or success, Krabby makes up with stubborn belligerence. No other FMOTL has sacrificed more, or painted "63" on their forehead better, than Mr White.

On the same theme, Cwissy Morris's short-lived TV career as a roving righter of wrongs deserves an award - he may not have achieved stardom, but at least he fizzled like a damp, cheap matchhead for several seconds.

Neelu must be up for Lifetime Achievement Award. All those years of total investment, the breadth and ambition of her delusions, the heroic number of Judges, police officers and railway staff indicted for treason.

Finally, please can we have a Hero Award for the Hoaxstead team?

Quite truly belligerence as well as mean spiritedness and general all around nastiness. I think he probably also rates an award for the most properties lost in one go since I think it is inevitable that all the rest will go as well. I don't know about Pound value yet, but definitely quantity so far.

Minister Belanger sports a beard in his newest video, does that count? It gives him a very authoritative look. And he's heading to the trial of the century, facing off against the dread judge Rooke himself.

On the demerit side he vehemently denies that he's a freeman, he's just a humble watchman of God. But that's just false modesty, his life's work is to set up a theoretical legal framework to free us from the constraints of all those pesky laws that bind us into servitude. Like the law of contract that cruelly expects us to honour pledges like paying back our debts. Belanger has proven that such foolish obligations are unchristian. So he gets my vote even if I don't have a mortgage to have God revoke.

If we are clarifying the rules, can we have an adjudication on whether Sovereign Citizens are eligible? If so, I know most of us read the other country topics, but the invite should be extended.

FWIW my thoughts are that FotY should only extend to those who use the Magna Carta as the basis for their nonsense. Constitutionalists and UCC-mongers should have their own awards.

The rules are amazingly simple. Find a nut job who's been featured anywhere on this site (or someone who should be covered), and nominate them.
