Twice in the last century that I know of, but it could have been more. It's the sort of thing we like to cover up, and it doesn't leave as much of a mess as most.

As I understand it, he already did this in some convention in Little Rock at some nebulous time in the past. Or perhaps it was in his head or pulled from his behind. He also sent a letter to some British Commonwealth country which responded to him using some silly title he used - which of course means the Queen, UK, and thus UN recognize this country and his claim. As for putting us out of business with his food stuff thingie, not only do we thwart him at every turn using our dark powers, but if he does business like he did military school, we have nothing to worry about.
