Run in The Bahamas, it appears to be based on the trading of Traded Endowment Policies. However, the promise is obviously dubious - "invest" $50 US and receive an $80,000 loan that's used in a trading program trading either other TEPs or some sort of arbitrage.
It's obviously a scam. However, I can't find any litigation or regulatory actions against it.
