This article lists Madoff only on number 10.
I didn't realize people trying to sell landmarks like the Eiffel Tower or the Brooklyn Bridge were more than just a figure of speech. George C. Parker tops the list for that.

Yes, those teams do okay.
It would be interesting to track how many ex-pat Canadians there are at a Panthers or Ducks game on any given night.
