Their website is active - but password access for clients only: apparently they are not interested in soliciting business on the 'net.http://www.portwaycapital.com/
WHOIS for their website
Portway Capital
17 Rue Caillou
Residence du Parc Ceres
France Batiment C
Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc.
Created on: 09-Jan-08
Expires on: 09-Jan-13
Last Updated on: 10-Jul-08
Contact, Technical, etc, at 17 Rue Caillou

The most recent press release from Portway I could find on 08/14/2008 http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/press-release/portway-capital-emerging-economies-topping-the-riskreturn-curve-60717.php All the press releases from them I looked at were on sites like 24-7: What are such sites called in webspeak? Release Farms? Spam Press?

Two government warnings against them.
From Sweden, Sept. 2008
From the Austrians in March this year.

There are no reports of angry investors thronging the Rue Caillou, or news of French Authorities Taking Action, nor press releases from Portway more recent than the one cited above.

Portway Capital is/was based in Bangkok. People have seen them advertising for new employees in the Bangkok Post.
