Has anyone ever dealt with Robert Carles Cohen (attorney peddling PPP from the UK)?
He writes wonderful articles about PPP and relevant procedures and he is 85% correct on his comments.
Just curious.

Private Placement Program eh? Never heard of Cohen but, a quick check indicates he is likely

US government actor/agency will just say PPPs are fraudulent. Anyway, too risky for me.

The rumor has it that Robert Cohen has never successfully concluded any transaction (PPP). Can someone contradict the rumor with a response that can be indenpendently verified?
