How is there a scam involved? Taking a quick look at the companies mentioned AlgoDyne originally started out reclaiming and selling used textile products and then went into bio-diesel production and collaborated with another company to open a bio-diesel plant in Alberta, Canada.
They then switched directions, changed their name to Easy Link Solutions and are now marketing messaging and file transfer IT programs. According to their website they provide business IT solutions to companies all over the world and recently contracted a different company to market specifically in China. Their stocks are sitting at $0.05 and have been for awhile although it did peak at $1.01 earlier in the year.
Seems kinda weird to jump industries like that especially with a project underway, such as the plant in Canada. But nothing to say where people were getting scammed. You have a specific idea of a scam?
