As with another likely fraudulent company that Dr. Max Arella is head of, "Horizon Health International Corporation", Dr. Arella has been behind "Spencer Pharmaceutical" which has been heavily promoting itself as having perfected a new breakthrough medical technology. Checking out their press releases, you would think that at less than a quarter a share, with a buyout offer on the table of around a dollar or more it's a "no lose" buy:

So a $1000 a plate dinner is scheduled for next week with a Kuwaiti company known as "Al-Dora", but has recently been spelled "Al-Dorra", which is an actual petroleum company while "Al-Dora" is virtually unknown.
